Location was excellent, accommodations were very good. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The pool area was quiet and very relaxing Our suite was very nice and accommodating and in very nice condition overall. The staff and place was very nice.

The couch in our suite was very dirty and stained. We went to Target and bought a bedcover to cover couch while we were there. There was a moderate stain on living room carpet, which should have been cleaned before we came. The microwave door outer stripping was broken, but the microwave did work.

The property was lean, the rooms were pretty clean and was a comfortable stay. Was there because my uncle was in hospice. They offered my money back because I left a day early because my uncle passed. Very generous of them, very nice people..

It sat right next to the freeway but I didn't mind.

The room was clean and well stocked. We stayed for 6 nights and it was relatively quiet at night time. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

We found the bed to be uncomfortable and could use a few more pillow options.

The staff here were so friendly! I really appreciated them and their welcoming presence. The room was quiet and it was a very nice stay. :) there’s two places to eat nearby that we went to- walking distance easily within 5 minutes. The Korean bbq place was awesome :)

There is some rust and general wear and tear on the property. Nothing super serious.

The room was good-sized. The bars in the bathroom were a big help for the handicapped person we were visiting. We wanted a first-floor room and was able to get one. The staff was nice and helpful when we ran into things that didn't work as they should.

We weren't able to get any ice as the icemaker wasn't working in the fridge, and they didn't have any other way to get ice.They had to wait to get a part for it. We also had to have the TV remote exchanged.

The people working at the front desk were genuinely nice, friendly and helpful.

The hide-a-bed was not comfortable for an adult. The refrigerator was making a lot of noise, but the helpful people at the front desk got us a different room for the remainder of our stay.

Great location, very close to the interstate. Plenty of parking, huge, clean, well-equipped room. Really friendly staff who made this feel more like a small family run hotel than a large chain. Very comfortable and welcoming.

The location is very convenient to everything including the fwy. This is my 2nd time & I enjoy the space in the 1brm. Rhonda was very helpful & her customers service is awesome! I'm definitely coming back.

Staff Gary Anderson was really great. Clean room, location,Any problems were taken care of immediately. Pool and hot tub were always clean.

Because of the large amount of traffic you could hear the I-17 at times
