This hotel is great 👍 as a hotel it's self has been and is on the rise to amazing things the management cares so much and takes the time to truly take good care of his guest and the hotel. He puts himself to work doing things he don't have to do but cares too. Which is amazing and rarely do I even see that from 5 star hotel managers . This place is better than most all 5 star hotels out there. The staff is amazing and welcoming. There always in great moods even on bad days you wouldn't be able to tell. Staff members handle rude customers above and beyond even when they shouldn't deal with the kind of stuff some of these people say and do. They keep there composer and smile on. This place may have been a disappointment in the past for guest. But I can tell you it won't be ever again with the new manager in charge he truly cares about this place and has and is on his way to making this the best place he can and it's showing every day the care he puts in to it and the staff members the work here as well to maintain the hotel and keep it clean and the rooms.

If you'd ever end up with an issue/problem they are always quick to respond and fix the issue/problems.

I have been staying at this hotel for over 5 years, it's not 5 star but what goty attention was the previous manager LISA, I have stayed here a few times with the new manager and their are some positive changes but you can see how the homeless again are starting to slowly over run the place, patrons definitely do not feel safe because homeless people are walking through the facility at all hours some new employees definitely need training in just simple common courtesy and respect. But I get they learn from the example the manager has set for them and I have witnessed it twice not once twice recently when the manager has kicked out a tenant for good reason but both times the new manager gets into a verbal loud and very very loud argument and at the same time using every bit of profanity at the person, it was very unprofessional disrespectful to the people staying their and of course my 4 year old daughter witness to all of this with no apology both times by the manager to the surrounding people who had to listen and view this well waiting in line. My advise to the owner get this manager some training in empathy and respect. Regardless of the area or people who stay their respect them by getting the manager some training that will teach him about empathy, respect, conflict resolution, but more importantly about being a professional at all times he is manager and at no time did he ever represent himself or the business with any dignity or self respect.

Ladies save a couple date nights and spend a weekend or week days here . No cooking or cleaning and your outta the house . Your husband can not complain about the price or location and no homeless on property. Your date here and family is too . It's a nice get away . For the price you can't beat it and restraints and fast food is close . All food is good .No drive time at all . It's a nice little couple walk and chat . I rate it excellent for the price . Compair it to a 120 dollar motel . Book online and save more ..trust me why would I lye ...the staff is great

I like they have security to remove people who shouldn't be there. Pool is awesome and so is the ice machine.

They need good washers and dryers I don't have a car so it took a lot of money to wash and dry I always do 20$ a week or less this was way more than it needed to be. Double the amount as I usually wash my clothes... I also have been here almost 2 weeks and no one has come to help me with my room or even called to see if I needed towels as I have been to the office and asked 3x already nobody comes. 🙃

Best room ive had there so far. Its not the Ritze, but the people are really cool, and they work their asses off. If you need a place for a night or 2 to get the knots out of your rope, i recommend it.

Waiting for my room to be ready. That did NOT happen my last stay. My room was ready this time. These people work very hard, and i respect, and thank them.

Location was excellent. Manager Lisa, was fantastic. Had last minute booking issues thru bookings.com with different hotel, traveled 3,000 for reunification visit with children after years of separation, so visit was extremely important. Lisa reassured us that our booking was confirmed. Thank you Lisa for everything, we truly appreciate you.

Beds we're pretty uncomfortable. No plate/turntable in microwave. Hot water only lasted maybe 10 min. No continental breakfast...

I stayed 3 months there. Excellent if it wasn't good I would of left. But. It was the best stay since I've been homeless The only reason I'm still not there because the price went to high. Or I would probably still be there.

The staff where very polite. The room was clean. Walking distance to get food. The price is great. Love how they have security there to keep the peace. I have told a lot of people about this place and there going to go stay at it.

The only thing that was wrong was the cable went out for a few hours but they fixed it as fast as they could. And our room door did not lock when you had to leave so I told them about it and they fix the problem ASAP.

I needed a place to stay last min. The booking process on line was so easy and checking in once I arrived was the easiest I've ever experienced. The bed was super lumpy and not at all comfy but it was exactly what you'd expect.

The motel is right off of the freeway. The staff was friendly. Checkin is somewhat quick. The lobby needs an upgrade . Rooms are cool and the refridger is a plus here in Arizona and what happened to th coffee pot ?

How the doors on the rooms are a little out of wack.
