I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, especially after reading some of the reviews here. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, just maybe the headboard could use a little wipe down. A small spot on the carpet, but overall, it was a clean room. Love the huge sofa bed & two sinks. Clean white bedding & white fluffy towels in the room. Awesome friendly staff. Great location surrounded by many different kinds of restaurants. Very quiet even though it's right on the side of a major highway.

The bathtub was slightly dirty, but it wasn’t a big issue; a quick wipe down did the trick. I suspect this is due to the slow drain.

The property is in a decent area it was doable for what my friend and I had planed to do in the area. Staff was really friendly. I read reviews and was expecting to be disappointed but luckily I was wrong. The room itself is very outdated, as a housekeeper I notice everything when it comes to cleanliness. It was decently clean despite the carpet but its carpet what do you expect lol only thing I didn’t like was finding hairs on the bedding. They are currently going under remodeling in some sections of the hotel.

Front desk excellent attitude to attend you!

The day of check out; we had some food at the mini fridge for our trip, so we went out like 9:30 with our luggage to accommodate it at the car, the surprise is that at 10:30-11 that I came back at the room, the housekeeper had our food at the trash, even when she saw some of our thing still at the bed and sofa; but she keep our drinks in his cleaning cart, this happen even when the check out is at 12 pm; obviously I asked her why did she did that, she didn’t answer anything! It was about 70 bucks in food(ordered previous night in a restaurant) So we had to afford that new expense for our food!

Location, breakfast included, price point

1) the property still has carpets everywhere - inside the room, inside the elevator - this is so 'old school' - the carpets are stained (and dirty?) 2) no USB outlets - again, not up-to-date 3) air conditioner was old style - noisy/loud and overpowering 4) I fully realize that updating a hotel property is an expensive undertaking, but for this property, the time has come - especially inside the room was in need of a 'redo'

The location is perfect for where we need to be! Love the friendly atmosphere and front desk clerks. Check in is always great, rooms are always spacious!

Carpet is always stained/dirty sofa bed never has any blankets or pillows never tried breakfast yet and we've stayed here 5 times. Haven't tried the pool either.

The staff were all really friendly and always happy to help! The bed & sofa in the room were both comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The room had stains on the carpet and part of the skirting board had fallen off of the wall. Also, the highway could be clearly heard through the wall due to the poor/non-existent sealing around the A/C unit, making it difficult to sleep

The room had plenty of room to move around in. The bed was a bit confortable. The breakfast was very good. Having a Starbucks in the hotel was nice.

The shower had no cold water. The water was hot even on cold. We had to go get towels. The swimming pool had no lights at night. The parking was full each night we stayed. The bed was very low.

Great and comfortable facility, great location, right arroun the corner from the place I needed to be. Good staff and immidiate check in and out.

First morning there was not a lot of breakfast selection, just beagles and waffles besides de cereal, second day was great, there was eggs, and sausages

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to change my accommodations. There weren't any problems on such short notice. The staff very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't an ice machine on the 1st floor. Some of the lamps/light fixtures in the room didn't work.

Love the young lady who checked me in and she was the same who checked me out. She was kind, friendly, attentive and very accomodating. Over all she was AWESOME!!!. Thank you for such an inviting experience.
