1) Hotel easy to reach from all over Phoenix. 2) Staff very friendly and helpful. 3) Room very clean. Enjoyed my balcony on the third floor. No junction door to neighbor room in my room, that is what I like and expect. OK, carpet was a bit older, but clean. 4) Housekeeping also excellent - every day new coffee pads have been provided. 5) First Watch Restaurant was only 100 yards away - very good.

Neighborhood on the other side of Interstate 17 seems to have some security issues (Peoria Ave). That is of course nothing Courtyard can influence. But all in all fine.

The room was clean. It was spacious.

So the room reservation says breakfast included , when I went to ask the front desk they said it was a $10 credit towards breakfast. Most everything on the menu was $15 or more so we used our $10 credit just for coffee and went next-door to the restaurant, which was excellent by the way For our breakfast

The staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean and very comfortable. For breakfast, my wife had the sandwich and I had the burrito, it actually was quite tasty. We do remember the young lady’s name that served our breakfast, Cherry, she was very kind and cheerful. Thank you for the stay.

To be honest, the only thing that we can think of is the summer heat outdoors which you really do not have any control of.

Front desk staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. Beautiful, relaxing lounging area by the pool, rooms were very nice and clean. Would stay here again!

Was hoping the outdoor heated pool would be warmer - was ok to swim in the afternoon, but too cold in the evening. No microwave in the room. The hotel was having renovations/ painting done - fortunately it was not noisy or disruptive.

Parking is easy and close to where my husband's family is. It's conveniently located right off the 17 and it's nice to be able to be on the 1st floor.

There was nothing negative other than I wished I could get those tiny servings of liquid coffee creamer instead of the powder-type creamer.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and professional. When i had to extend my stay, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I would most certain recommend this establishment. thank you so much for having us.

I really have no recommendations except maybe the price could be a bit lower, but we do understand.

Our room was clean, comfortable and staff was outstanding assisting us with places to dine

We were on the first floor back of the building and it was more noisy with car coming and going but I sleep with white noise machine so it was ok

I was amazed at how clean and comfortable it was. Asked for and received a ground floor room.

Our only complaint was that the room only had one chair. We asked for another one and it was at our door within 15 mins

It was clean, smelt good and they were making improvements and very secure.

The location was in a sketchy location but you can tell they were in the middle of cleaning it up.
