The location was perfect close to everything important, and the room was nice and clean.

The only thing that I didn't like was the showers. When constructing the showers I don't think they thought it through much when putting the glass, they only have a half glass for the shower. The water pressure of the shower is so strong that the water starts to come out of the shower and by the time you finish showering there is a huge puddle of water in the shower area. I had to lay down towels and then ream out the towels full of water after every shower. For future i think they should just put a full glass to cover the whole entire shower area.

Near the Scottsdale airport, but no airport noise at night. I slept well

Clean room. Big fridge for own food arrangements. Microwave. Enjoyable breakfast for the price range. Bacon and eggs and great bagels. Ok apple and orange juice and coffee. A lovely waffle maker lifted the breakfast. Lovely view to the mountains at sunrise. Next door to restaurants, coffee and fast food.

Unfortunately only plastic cutlery at breakfast.

Will definitely go back once the property has been “revived”

Good place for a short stay around Phoenix! The best perk is the California-style swimming pool with nice palm trees surrounding the pool and a chillout area. Just a 10-minute drive from the shopping area (Walmart, etc.). Plenty of parking spots in front of the motel. The bed was comfy.

The room was quite dark.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was above excellent! The room was large and comfortable. The biggest surprise was the pool area. It was so fantastic---like a 5 star hotel! Loved the lime green and aqua blue colors at the hotel, and the close sports bar, Long Shots! Food was fantastic!

Our air conditioner/heat did not work, but it turned out that we didn't need it anyway. The door handle on the room door was loose, but didn't cause any problems.

It was no fuss. I needed a place to shower and sleep and it met that need.

great staff and location.

beds are very fragile, sitting down on one broke it and they only weigh like 150. staff was understanding and moved us to another room. the bed in that room was be supported by bibles it was able to hold me but it did sometimes loose a leg if I adjusted and would need to be put back together. breakfast is lack luster but for the value your getting this is hardly something to complain about.

Location Price

The first room I was given— the shower had smelly rusty water coming out of it, and the stopper in the tub closed and I could not get it to open. Moved to a different room the next morning.

Breakfast was good, I prefer hot breakfast ! Coffee was good and fruit selection was good

The spa jets need repair, other than that the room was good, everything worked good.
