The hotel was very clean and modern. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and helped us with ideas and tips for the area. We used the restaurant for breakfast a couple times and it was what we were looking for. They had a full breakfast for $18 or a light breakfast for $12. The menu was your typical fruit, cereal, pastries and yogurts. All very good.

Restaurants were a 10 minute walk, but the neighborhood was clean and nice. Parking was $30 per day but typical for a downtown hotel. They gave you a pass to make it unlimited travel thru the day. The “full” breakfast didn’t offer a full menu but 2 entrees. All very good.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The lobby are is nice. The outside patio area was a huge bonus. Until at lease 1 pm it was under shade. Great for reading. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Got value for money.

No indoor pool. AC was too cold, even at a higher tempature.

The property does not offer free parking. Guests can choose between metered parking or a paid parking service located next to the hotel. If you opt to use the parking service directly, the cost is $25 for 24 hours. However, if you book parking through the hotel, the charge is $30 for 24 hours.

Hotel was close to the venue I needed to be at. Room was nice and clean. I like that the hotel is near the AMC theater and close to shops and restaurants.

Only downfall is for the price ,I would have liked to have breakfast included. To have to pay an additional $18 for breakfast which I ended up going somewhere else and the price for parking.

Evening bartender quite slow and laxidazical considering only a few peole there. Front desk girl had NO urgency to help me find my lost charger - like "oh, well housekeeping is busy, maybe I can get in touch with them sometime today" - when I'm leaving today and need my charger now.

The hotel is clean, atmospheric, and cordial. It has inexpensive parking nearby and the staff are very considerate. The beds are very comfortable, and they give you a bunch of pillows that I like. I performed a bed bug inspection and found no evidence of the critters, so this hotel is good about hygiene.

Very clean, efficient check in process, friendly staff who went above and beyond. After we attended the concert that brought us to town we were planning to eat our leftovers from dinner and realized the room didn't have a microwave so we called down to the front desk asking if there were any on the property and was told no but that they'd bring up one from the staff area, which they did with a smile.

It would have been nice if a continental breakfast was included.

Great location for event at Chase Field. Easy walking distance. Right next door to secure parking garage but a bit tricky to head over with cases.. you can park in front to check in and drop cases before parking up. Amazing large clean room with views. Huge walk in shower. TV linked with Netflix etc to stream from your own account. Quiet location. Safe to walk in neighbourhood at night. Reception staff friendly and super helpful with a smile.

This is an excellent hotel and I couldn't recommend the AC Hotel Downtown Phoenix any higher than 5 stars. What was good, the service at the front desk was excellent, Keenan really took care of us well and was always pleasant with a ready answer to our questions. Ben handled the breakfast buffet bar and always made sure everything was refilled and he was most helpful with all our requests and we always appreciated the friendly smile and wonderful service and the breakfast buffet had an excellent choice of hot entrees, deli meats & cheese, breads & croissants, cold cereal, juices, teas, and coffee. The bar service in the evenings was also good and the woman who handled the bar was always quick to make a delicious drink and provide great service (my bad that I forgot her name). The cleaning people in the hotel did a wonderful job and when I asked for a room refresh, they always said yes and I left a tip to thank them each day. The room itself was large enough for our family and there was a pull-out sofa bed that, while we had to ask them to make up for us the first night, they did so with efficiency and the bed was comfy according to the daughter. The top floor had a nicely equipped work out room and there was a hydration station located on our 10th floor which allowed us to fill our own hydro flask water bottles daily with ice and filtered water. All in all, I'd definitely stay at the AC Hotel Downtown Phoenix if I am every in the area again. Although, I'd book directly with the hotel as the rates posted were a bit cheaper than booking.com.

The sofa bed could have been made when we first got into the room--as we indicated it was for 3 persons, but the hotel staff quickly remedied the situation and all was well.

We stayed at this location for just a night. It met our expectation of being close to the airport. The staff were nice and the hotel was clean.

You have to pay $35 for parking per night which is so annoying given the cost of the hotel.
