The room was clean/up to date and the bed was comfortable. The large TV, Keurig, and fridge were great amenities. The A/C worked well. The breakfast was really good! There were tasty cinnamons rolls, biscuits with sausage gravy, pancakes, omelets, sausage, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bread items, and more. The coffee was great and we were offered free water bottles. The hours to stuff were nice: check in/out, late check out, pool hours, and such. There were Dove products in the bathroom. Nice size mirror on closet door. Large desk space. The staff are really nice. They allow dogs are there’s large grass areas for them. The pool was nice and has cabanas. Some rooms have space outside like a little patio. You can eat breakfast outside. Plenty of outlets in room.

The spa was not heated while we were there but that will probably be fixed. Plus it was 90° while we were there, so it was okay.

I had a good experience at the hotel. The accommodations were very comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff was both friendly and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Disappointing Breakfast Experience I visited on a Wednesday and arrived just 30 minutes after opening, but I was surprised to find very few options available. The food was not being replenished, and the pancakes I tried were undercooked. With so few customers, I expected better variety and quality. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that didn’t meet my expectations. I hope they can improve in the future.

The location was very convenient for us. Continental breakfast was just ok. The pancake machine didn't cook them long enough and the pre-made omelets were horrible. The scrambled eggs were good as were the rest of the selections.

Vents need cleaning. The AC unit smelled sour. You can avoid a lot of moisture issues if the bathrooms had fans to turn on while showering; this is the second hotel in 3 weeks that didn't have exhaust fans.

Good location for our trip. Bed was lovely and plenty of outlets. Good water pressure. Breakfast good and welcome. Really liked complementary cold water bottles during stay. Maid service daily was welcome (most hotels are more limited), nice to return to after day out.

Mini frig always appreciated but side door had no way to keep bottles from falling. Toilet slow to flush and shower dripped constantly. Given pool info on check-in but was drained and not available till last morning. Could use some maintenance, chipped concrete and needed skimming.

Location was close to shopping, restaurants, laundrymats and grocery stores.

The beds were very bad. We switched rooms but it wasn't much better. When you lie down on the bed, it's like a bowl. Also the AC/heater units are too extreme. After the room is heated, it's too hot. Then about ten minutes after it's off, the room is cold again. The heater also dries out the air and we woke up with bloody noses and parched throats.

Big room, very comfortable beds, clean, everything working properly. Huge pool with the warmest water we've ever experienced at an outdoor pool, this alone was worth the price. Also has a very nice patio area to hang out at. Breakfast had several options and was well kept. Located in a very nice area, zero issues with noise from neighbors or highway or even other rooms. Excellent stay, great value for the price paid.

The room was very clean and if you can bring all the amenities like shampoos, room slippers, and so on, it would feel like you’re staying at a hotel. I slept really well. Also if you will rent a car, this place is only 30 min away from the airport, which is great.

The breakfast place was too small that there was no enough seats, I had to bring food back to my room. But other than that no complaints.

Comfortable and convenient. Free parking and breakfast included. Good California Pizza restaurant close by.

Bot mornings we were there, parties of guests occupied all the convenient low tables in the breakfast area, using them as a lounge after they’d finished eating, crowding the small area and making life inconvenient for everyone else. £50 damage deposit taken on my debit card and not yet refunded.

The place was a very clean place.

I didn't like that we were surprised of a pet deposit. I asked the clerk about this and he said the Booking.com knows all extra fees should have been disclosed by you. Then we were told there was a fee of $20, I checked my bank this morning and saw that I was charged $25 instead.

I chose this property for two reasons. The price was very reasonable and it was close to the homes of the family members I was visiting. It was good to see a moderately priced hotel making RECYCLING containers available for cans and plastic bottles. Way to go!

The dispenser for the hand soap and lotion were on a wall about 3 feet away from the sink/vanity. Needs to be placed closer to the place where a person washes their hands. The bathtub/shower looked a little yellowed and could use some bleach or an upgraded unit.
