The hotel was in a quiet area of Scottsdale. It was extremely clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly!

Keys were very sensitive. I had to go back to the front desk to get it re-programmed for my room. Also, the toilet was very low in the bathroom.

Krystal at the front desk was the BEST! She answered all our questions and got us to and from WM People’s Open. The location was great, hotel was quiet and clean. Had no issues at all.

The bed was so uncomfortable! I know this is personal preference, but it was rock solid and made my body sore. (I’m only 30!)

Beautiful, spacious room. Bed was decently comfortable. Thankful for a working air conditioner. I appreciated all the seating areas.

For a small person, the large pillows can be hard to sleep on. Initially, I thought breakfast was provided. It was a little hard to understand as food was mentioned a few times.

Needs a little updating. The hallways smelled like farts. Could use a few usb and usb c ports in the room it is 2025 everyone has a device they need to charge. Overall pretty good accommodations.

Makaela at the front desk was the best! The location was great! Rooms and facilities were very clean! Will be staying again.

Good handicapped room. Bed was better than most. (Still softer than I'm used to so the back was a bit sore.)

Handicapped parking was too far from handicapped room. No free breakfast.

Although the breakfast wasn't included as we previously thought at time of booking, the Raintree cafe was still very tasty. We enjoyed our stay, the concierge and the facilities the entire duration of our stay. We most likely will be booking our accommodations here every time we travel back for our conferences 4 times a year. Thanks.

The only thing that could have been improved is the friendliness of the server at Raintree the first two mornings of our stay. Since the rest of the hotel staff was so friendly and accommodating, her lack of any sort of attitude just didn't seem to fit in with the rest of the environment, etc. This woman didn't smile, she didn't ask how our food was and I didn't really feel that she cared to be working at the hotel at all or talking to people much for that matter. It was disappointing.

it was very clean and the front desk was very helpful when I needed a couple of things for my room. we also absolutely loved the jet bathtub. It was amazing!

I didn’t like the manager at the food place that is inside of this hotel. She was very rude.

When I walked in to check in there was three people there and nobody said hello or was welcoming. For me it was awkward. I am in customer service and would have never done that. I took the initiative and engaged in conversation to check in. I misunderstood the gentleman helping us and instead of being kind and saying something a different way for me to understand he repeated himself in a stern voice. no smiles at all. In the room they had no hand soap, shampoo or conditioners. The containers in the shower were empty. It was nice they had bagged breakfasts in the morning. You got a juice, bottled water, apple, granola bar, muffin and a yogurt from the fridge. All sugar and carbs and no protein. Maybe offer two hard boiled eggs. Those are sold in packs of two.
