Super big, comfortable space, big shower, dual vanities, big balcony, adult pool, coffee provided in the lobby during the morning, pool bar/snacks available, water features in the atrium of each building, in unit laundry, right off the 101 highway, near good walking and hiking trails around the McDowell Mountains, plenty of parking, plenty of storage in the unit, unit comes with everything you need to do keep up on dishes/laundry, close to restaurants and shopping

Not too much, overall this was a great place to stay for 4 nights. The icemaker in the room didn't work, so we got ice from the hotel's ice machine, but it froze into a solid block once in our freezer. Adult pool was in the shade most of the day and ran out of seats from time to time, small property, could hear kids above us running through the unit

We stayed in the King room with fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The location was perfect for shopping, hiking and dining. The set-up was perfect with kitchenware, microwave and even washer and dryer. The concierge was definitely interested in a 90 minute timeshare meeting in which none of the reviews mentioned, however they were not pushy at all and remained professional when we declined. I would recommend staying here.

The villa was cleaned prior to our visit, however the border of the shower had visible dirty areas. I feel that the bathrooms should definitely be of priority.

The suites were comfortable and very well stocked, great location for our purpose of visiting, and the pool was absolutely awesome! We actually preferred it to the JW Marriott!

Pull out sofas for the kids are always rough and I wish there was more of a little convenience store on site.

The room itself was a entire apartment. Very spacious, fully equipped kitchen. In-suite laundry was a huge plus! The landscaping and maintenance of the entire property was beautiful. Nice pool area, and 2 playgrounds for kids, plus fun games for them to play in the courtyard area.

For some reason I expected there would be a restaurant on site - yes there was a small poolside bar that had a decent selection, which was great. My fault for not reading clearly. But having a restaurant onsite would be great.

The pool was awesome! The entire property was beautiful l. We had a jetted bath in our room which was amazing. The whole place really was an oasis in the gross city!

Everything was great, a suggestion though would be maybe battery operated candles next to the bath… and the waterfall in the pool wasn’t on in the morning when I went to the pool to take a swim before leaving 😢 it was the main reason I booked the room there and I didn’t get to enjoy it, maybe have the waterfall turned on during open pool hours?

Everything was literally perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the villa i stayed in was amazing! The jacuzzi tub in the room was incredible and the pool!! Spectacular! Loved every minute of this facility and will definitely rebook when I plan my next visit to Arizona!

Location and vleanliness

They refused to refund or credit my first night and actually had my booking cancellled upon arrival until I expressed how I had called to notify of a flight change prior to arrival and that I was a patient at the Mayo Clinic. I was very upset initially

Paying for parking. Parking should be free like the other resorts.

Perfect family resort. Spacious rooms, balcony, fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds.

The toilet in the main bathroom was leaking.

The larger one bedroom villa was very spacious, and we enjoyed the kitchen facilities and washer and dryer in the room. The pool at the Sheraton Desert Oasis is lovely and there are plenty of lounges. The Splash snack bar by the pool is great. The chicken nachos were wonderful.

We were put in a wheelchair accessible room since the regular larger one bedroom villa rooms were not available. The handheld shower was not ideal. We prefer a regular rain shower type.
