Nothing exceptional. The same as any other hotel.

The housekeeping staff should have checked the toilet paper roll and box of tissue in the last cleaning of our suite before we arrived. We ran out of toilet paper upon arriving and there was NOT an extra roll in the bath room. The tissue box only had 2 tissues left in it and NO extra box in the bath room. Your Hilton computer system was down when we arrived and could not check in. We got our keys about 9:30 PM. Our suite was not "refreshed." All that was done was the trash was emptied and the bed made. No clean towels.

The breakfast was standard for hotels these days. The waffles were really good but everything else was standard/good but not exceptional. Exceptional would be like what we got at Picadilly in Fresno, CA where they had hot scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage in thermidors.

We were blindsided by the ask to pay $10 for parking extra. We have NEVER heard of a hotel asking for a parking fee. Since our room was only $115 it would have been better to add that $10 into the room cost and no one would be the wiser. Even people who don't have a car (who doesn't??) would not have objected to $125 instead of $115.

Everything. The room was great , a/c , breakfast, most importantly the entire staff. Every morning I was greeted with exceptional friendly “Good Mornings “ How are you? They even knew what Tea I liked. So I’m going to remember Brittany, Wendy, Sawyer, Rafael, Edward, Prisma, and I’m so sorry I know their names they do the breakfast, I just don’t know how to spell them. All of the staff was top shelf!

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I was blown away by how nice it was given it was such an affordable price. The gym was well appointed too, and the breakfast was AMAZING. Such a nice variety of food and yummy too.

My ONLY comment is that during one of the breakfasts, the omelets were labeled "vegetable and cheddar" and when I started eating it it very clearly had bits of ham in it. I am a vegetarian, so this was particularly disappointing.

Breakfast is adequate. I do like that it's offered early in the morning, but the oatmeal could be cooked a little longer. Coffee was good. Lobby is comfortable and has a variety of seating for eating, working and socializing. Love that tea and hot water are available all the time and that there's a refrigerated case in the lobby stocked with frozen meals and snacks. Upon checking in, I was given 2 bottles of water, which was really nice.

Cost of room was a little high, but it's the high season in Arizona. In the end, the room was worth it since I could walk to my mother's assisted living home and didn't need a car.

The room had more amenities than we needed but we were very appreciative that they had them. We will prepare for the amenities and use them next time (full kitchen). The pillows were weird but we got used to them.

The TV did not offer Netflix without a subscription. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was too far from the sink. The AC was too noisy but we turned it off. The street noise was too loud so we will ask for a room on the opposite side of the building next time.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and the bed was great. Bathroom was clean and large. We arrived late and were still politely accommodated. The breakfast was great with plenty of variety. Was suprised to have hot breakfast sandwiches avaliable!

The only thing I'd change is stronger water pressure in the shower, but the shower head was probably a water saving one which makes sense. Overall a great experience for the price!

The hotel was very clean. I liked that they gave me 2 bottles of water upon my arrival. Check in was smooth and quick. The room was spacious and very clean, as well as the bathroom. The room had almost a full kitchen (minus a stove), that was a very nice touch. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and the area was very clean.

We needed to be at Mayo Clinic at 5:30 in the morning so we didn’t get to try your breakfast. Darn it! We chose your motel because it was near Mayo and reasonable. Very clean and no odors in the room. Shower and shower head was great. Thanks

The only thing that we didn’t like was the toilet is too low. We are tall people and my husband is 77 with bad knees so getting up from such a low toilet is very hard for him.

Night clerk (man) extremely helpful in a minor health issue. Hot chocolate, tea and coffee available in the lobby. Very quiet on the east side. Lit fire pit every night was nice. Liked the possibility of dividing the room with a curtain. Whole foods etc. nearby.

Breakfast closes at 9AM sharp. When you are on vacation this is way too early. Room next to the ice is machine rather unpleasant due to the noise when people get ice 24/7. Housekeeping threw away my own good soap I brought and replaced it with the hotel soap… Most guests paying for hotel parking in a still to be developed area with plenty of empty spaces around was kind of funny to watch.
