The room was absolutely lovely. The bed was comfy, aircon/heating worked amazing, nice cold fridge, coffee machine, amazing bathroom, clean, nice comfy sofa and just overall a lovely place to stay! I liked the view of the local town with a nice big window and the location was great. A Starbucks right opposite, about a 20 second walk away. Staff were very helpful and friendly, nice range of snacks and a comfortable lobby. I felt very safe as a solo travelller and looked forward to getting into my room every night! I’d definitely come here again. I didnt check out the pool area but I’m sure it was also nice

The gym didn’t have very much equipment so I had to compensate by visiting local public gyms instead, and the shower pressure was pretty low, with not many controls. Not so much a hotel issue but just a heads up for solo travellers that don’t drive- this area of Scottsdale requires driving to most local shops etc. everything in America is spaced out and public transport is very inaccessible here- especially in the heat!

The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Bri, the bartender, was a highlight—super friendly and creative with custom drink mixes! The daily breakfast was satisfying with a nice variety to start the day. Parking was convenient, with both a lot and garage available. The property includes a refreshing pool and inviting outdoor seating area, great for relaxing. It’s a family-friendly hotel, so you might see a few little ones enjoying their stay. The location is solid—within 30 minutes of fantastic restaurants and fun local attractions. There’s also a handy mini store at the front desk stocked with snacks, beverages, and bottled alcoholic drinks. Plus, a shopping strip is just a short walk away for anything else you might need.

Te bed and pillows were comfortable; employees were nice. Room was clean. NIce big shower. Great location with Starbucks and restaurants within walking distance and easy on and off 101.

Very limited menu at the bar. They say they have a restaurant but that's a big exaggeration. Pizza was great; went back a few days later and they were out and the oven was broken; it stayed broken the week I was there. There is a fridge in room but no micorwave even though they sell frozen foods to microwave. You have to use the one microwave near the bar and carry food back to your room. Parking is expensive. TV had problems and no streaming content.

We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. Access to grocery stores and such was easy as was access to the Mayo. I appreciated the short drive to the May and very, very much appreciated the care while there. As in the past, the Mayo isn't easy to get to from Oregon but the quality of care is otherworldly.

Pretty stupid television. Great breakfast, nice pool...fun to hear the children at play. Most of the staff were humorous/entertaining and friendly. Easy access to back parking area.

The facility seemed new was neat and clean. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was wonderful, nice and friendly.

I was taken aback with the $10 a night parking fee. I don't recall it being mention during the booking process. Parking fees are not uncommon in dense urban areas where public parking is hard to find , but this hotel is in a suburban area surrounded by office buildings and apartments. This is the only place I visited in Scottsdale and Sedona that charged for parking.

The room was great - very comfortable and I appreciated that the doors didn't slam and that the elevator wasn't obnoxious given how close we were to it.

Would've been nice to have a microwave but the biggest thing was that the parking wasn't free which I saw nothing about ahead of time or I might have booked elsewhere. At least there was covered parking which made it better.

Location of the hotel was easy to navigate. There is a parking garage if you couldn't find parking on property level. There is a nominal fee for parking. Breakfast was amazing. Eggs, potatoes, meat, waffles, bread, tortillas, salsa, fresh fruit, yogurt. Oatmeal was prepared with all the fixings you could want. Cereal, milk and juice. No paper plates. Plates, silverware and glassware for service. There were 2 women staff cleaning tables and replenishing food. The room was spacious with a large window overlooking the city view.

The bed was too close to the wall. Barely room to walk along side of the bed. It would have been great for an extra 12 to 18 inches.

I was immediately greeted by the front desk, check in and check out was quick and easy. everything was very clean ( the room, shower, toilet, elevator lobby, pool area etc) the location was nice with stores, a movie theater and resturants.

the carpet can use some updating or just a different color. it wasnt filthy just a bit questionable, but i understand with all the traffic. I wish there were a little more shades by the pool.

This was a great value hotel with a fantastic view of the mountains and sunset, which was spectacular to say the least! The room was spacious, and all the staff were wonderful. Loved the complimentary breakfast too. The location was excellent, with many restaurants within easy walking distance. We highly recommend staying here; we would return when in the area again.

Reasonably price for the location. Quick access to surrounding areas, especially landmarks, i.e., Arizona Boardwalk, Desert Botanical Garden, Fashion Square etc. Was good value for money. Check-in and check-out process were both quick and smooth.

Sound insulation in the room weren't the greatest. Could hear guests in neighboring rooms and the hallway talking and almost felt as if they were in the room at times. Was difficult to manage / handle after a long day spent in the Arizona/Phoenix sun. Mattress wasn't the greatest either.
