Te bed and pillows were comfortable; employees were nice. Room was clean. NIce big shower. Great location with Starbucks and restaurants within walking distance and easy on and off 101.

Very limited menu at the bar. They say they have a restaurant but that's a big exaggeration. Pizza was great; went back a few days later and they were out and the oven was broken; it stayed broken the week I was there. There is a fridge in room but no micorwave even though they sell frozen foods to microwave. You have to use the one microwave near the bar and carry food back to your room. Parking is expensive. TV had problems and no streaming content.

The facility seemed new was neat and clean. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was wonderful, nice and friendly.

I was taken aback with the $10 a night parking fee. I don't recall it being mention during the booking process. Parking fees are not uncommon in dense urban areas where public parking is hard to find , but this hotel is in a suburban area surrounded by office buildings and apartments. This is the only place I visited in Scottsdale and Sedona that charged for parking.

Location of the hotel was easy to navigate. There is a parking garage if you couldn't find parking on property level. There is a nominal fee for parking. Breakfast was amazing. Eggs, potatoes, meat, waffles, bread, tortillas, salsa, fresh fruit, yogurt. Oatmeal was prepared with all the fixings you could want. Cereal, milk and juice. No paper plates. Plates, silverware and glassware for service. There were 2 women staff cleaning tables and replenishing food. The room was spacious with a large window overlooking the city view.

The bed was too close to the wall. Barely room to walk along side of the bed. It would have been great for an extra 12 to 18 inches.

Reasonably price for the location. Quick access to surrounding areas, especially landmarks, i.e., Arizona Boardwalk, Desert Botanical Garden, Fashion Square etc. Was good value for money. Check-in and check-out process were both quick and smooth.

Sound insulation in the room weren't the greatest. Could hear guests in neighboring rooms and the hallway talking and almost felt as if they were in the room at times. Was difficult to manage / handle after a long day spent in the Arizona/Phoenix sun. Mattress wasn't the greatest either.

We chose Hyatt Place because it seemed a nice, economical place to stay only a couple miles from the Mayo Clinic where I had a procedure the next day. Once there, we found it to be lovely. It is spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable. A substantial breakfast in a beautiful room was included in our booking, a cut above free breakfasts at other chain hotels. The staff was extremely gracious, welcoming, and helpful. We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Mayo.

Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

The breakfast was the absolute best I've ever had in my 30+ years of traveling for business. The room was very clean, and the bedding was perfect. Parking was inexpensive and convenient.

The artwork in the bathroom was horrible and offensive. I covered it with a towel for the duration of my stay. I cannot imagine who in their right mind would have approved of such a piece in this room. I will not accept another room with this art in place. I would rather move to another hotel entirely if this is in every room. In addition, for the price of the hotel and its reputation, there was not adequate coffee, toilet paper, and no lotion, Q-tips, or shower cap made available in the room. I have never had to request these things from another Hyatt or comparable chain hotel. Also, the frequency of housekeeping was not stated, and we had to request it, which was annoying, since we only had a single set of towels.

Comfortable bed and spacious room with good air quality. Clean, functional washroom. Sofa seating area was appreciated to eat dinner. Heated pool was wonderful after a long day of sitting/travelling. Staff was polite and helpful.

Cold coffee at breakfast! Mediocre pillows. TV complicated to use; channels on Guide did not match up with actual programming. Prefer hotels where you simply login to your personal Netflix account.

Clean and quiet room, walls and floors were such that I didn't hear neighboring occupants walking around nor their TV. Having the small refrigerator in a cabinet cut down on the compressor noise. I liked the minimal and modern decor, wood laminate flooring, roll down blackout shade, where the sides were in tracks that reduced any light leaking by and easy access to electrical outlets. Appreciated the wall hooks and long built in counter. Comfortable furniture. The AC was quiet. Minimal wait time for the elevators. Good selection of breakfast items, the best being oatmeal and bread/bagel section. You can choose cereal, yogurt with mixed berry compote, and fruit salad. Some hot items were available like French toast sticks, bacon, country potatoes and eggs, though they looked powdered. There were some toppings like a salsa, but I didn't try them. The gym had a variety of equipment available: elliptical , a water rower, a pulley machine, dumbbells, some kettlebells, medicine balls, and mats, etc. Two of the treadmills were not operational, but after another gym user informed the front desk, someone came to reset the treadmills screens within a short time. All in all, a good stay.

Nice hotel to stay at on business trips. Staff were very friendly and provided free upgrades and free breakfast. The rooms were nice but some of the towels were a little dirty and could do better on the cleaning. Hotel is in a great location and not far from downtown scottsdale and has wonderful views.

The rooms could have been cleaner and the parking could have been free.

I traveled for business and found this location easily accessible to and from the airport and my conference location. Lots of food options and things to do nearby as well. Staff were extremely friendly, just one area of concern was the underground parking. As a solo traveler returning to the hotel after a long conference day, it didn't always feel very safe to park underground and walk into the building. Other than that, everything else was great for the price. I will be staying here again for sure.
