The location, though not glamorous, was incredibly convenient, and even being right off the highway, the room was not noisy. The facility itself was terrific, everything from a very generous breakfast to a nice gym, a wonderful pool and hot tub and every employee that I encountered there was great. Perfrct selection with the TV and the different streaming and local channels. The refrigerator worked as expected, as did the microwave, which is one of the reasons why I chose this room in particular. Comfortable mattress with lots of pillow choices. The shower worked great, and there were plenty of supplies in case you forgot shampoo or conditioner or anything like that. Very close to the terrific Cajun restaurant Pappadeaux. Not walkable because really nothing is walkable, but that's just a little fyi. Pool and hot tub and area surrounding it were perfect...the pool was not too hot (which is often the case at hotels) and there is even a really nice covered area that has a barbecue grill that it looks like guests are more than welcome to use. Towels available for everything. All Gates required either a code or a key so it looks like they are very conscious of making sure the guests are safe.

The room was comfortable and spacious, but very basic in in terms of lighting or view or anything like that. The bed sheets were clean but a little itchy but that might just be my thing I like really soft bed sheets. The air conditioner is a little loud but for me I like that kind of white noise so that might be a personal preference. This is not a walkable neighborhood But realize this is a great location if you need to be on the north side of Phoenix close to one of the freeways. Of course the parking is free which is always a bonus and expected when you have something like the Best Western chain. Very easy to get around to the other places I needed to go to while I was in town.

Breakfast was good. As soon as something was empty the staff would tend to it and refill it. Room was clean as it always is. Staff was helpful and courteous. It's always a great stay and I've stayed here plenty of times.

It took the hot water int he shower a good 5 minutes or so to start heating up and there was low water pressure in the toilet so it took a couple of times to get it flushed. Miss the carpet in the room but it's understandable whi the up grade. Wish the pillows were more fluffy and full, the ones we had this time was sort of flat. But overall, still a good place to relax and stay.

Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable of local attractions-great recommendations! The room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was good, variety of options.

The sofa bed was atrocious and flat. There was minimal protection when lying on the bed from the frame—very uncomfortable. It was as if there was no mattress. Housekeeping was good, but there was a minor hiccup. We had not left the room, and although it was communicated that we would be out within 10 minutes (shortly past 11 a.m.), the room had not been tidied, at all when we got back later that night.

It was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable which is sometimes hard to find in some hotels. Breakfast was really good with a good variety to choose from.

The jacuzzi hot tub was not warm at all. The only thing I did not care for about the breakfast was the drink options. I didn't feel there were enough choices to choose from and the few they did have were really gross, they were as if they were watered down with a chemical taste (apple juice, orange juice, and a strawberry water drink of some sort.)

We enjoyed the room. It's clean and had a large tv that worked well. It could be moved to watch from the couch or bed. It had a charging station for our electric cat. The free breakfast had a variety of food. The property is well maintained and had nice landscaping. It was also easy to locate this motel. The front desk workers were professional. We tipped the room attendant as the room was very teddy and nice. I wish I had had more time to use the gym and pool..

You didn't have herbal teas. The window outside our room needed to be washed.

The room was spacious, but could have used a desk instead of a small table which would make it more appealing to business travelers. Breakfast was basic, but adequate for any need, i.e., eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, juices. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Lighting was too bright. Would have liked to have some kind of minimal lighting for watching TV.

Staff was professional, personable & offered dining tips. Put us in a room away from elevators (as requested). Had a decent looking breakfast, although we did not use it as we weren’t hungry yet. The gym & pool areas were clean & had ample equipment.

Our room had a very loud squeaking in the AC unit. Unfortunately it was too hot to leave the AC off. The mattress had a divet (probably from over use), so I had to sleep with my head at the foot of the bed.

The front desk staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. 24 hour access to coffee and tea was convenient and appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room was well apportioned. My pet-friendly room had access to a large sink, which was appreciated!

Overall, the property was clean; however, this room was not as clean as the room I had stayed in the previous weekend. Not a big deal, as my room the previous week was immaculate. This one was just OK.

Bed was very comfortable, high quality pillows, separate vanity/closet area from tub/toilet. Comfy desk chair and arm chair in the room, fridge and microwave worked well, very good breakfast with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, fresh fruit, juice, and some type of sweet bun. Helpful staff.

Honestly everything was great. It was a little confusing to get there, but once you're there, the hotel itself is great.

This place is close to everything. I have stayed here before, and it’s my go too hotel when I come to phoenix. It is really really clean, friendly staff, and really safe. The breakfast is very high quality considering it’s free, and the coffee is always available too.

I can’t even think of a single bad thing to say about it.
