I could have stayed forever. Staff fabulous. Great pools (4) child friendly one with slides & lifeguards, an over 21’s only & 2 other crackers. Lovely location close to shops & restaurants. Great breakfast. Fab casita, huge 2 bed, full kitchen, lounge. 3 TVs, patio x2. Super clean resort with pool towels & good bathroom & household products provided.

Breakfast credit only $10/person/day yet breakfast costs $23/person/day, not objecting on price but would have liked that highlighted.

The suite with 2 bedrooms was huge. Plenty of space to cook, hang out and not get in each others way. The grounds were very nice and the pool area had lots to keep kids occupied. Would definitely bring a family here to have a good vacation.

We had a great time at the holiday inn in Scottsdale! Plenty of space with large bedrooms, dining, kitchen area private patio with washer and dryer! Comfy beds and all the necessary items provided. Fridge even had ice machine!

Only complaint is our room placement was right by the adult only pool when front desk knew we had 3 kids.

Two bedroom apartment (newly refurbished) was perfect for our family stay. The apartment was very well appointed and was excellent value for money. Lots of helpful extras included in the room - coffee, milk pots, condiments, hot chocolate, washing powder- all helpful for our stay! The pools, gym, games room and hot tub were great. Everything was very clean and well presented. The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming.

Cafe options in Market place were a little limited.

All staff was excellent.. Miles at the front desk upon check in was very kind and answered all questions and explained all amenities without me even asking.

The amount of guests that come with Bluetooth speakers and blast music at the pool with multiple speakers going it’s hard to relax. Came on a holiday weekend so I’m sure the over crowdedness had something to do with it.

We enjoyed how beautiful the room was. My kids loved being able to play pool and ping-pong every evening. The staff was wonderful. I’ve stayed at the Princess and this resort is just a better experience for family and for the price. You get a WAY BETTER ROOM.

The gardening staff started early Monday while I was still sleeping :)

The pools all offered a different experience, with waterfalls, splashpad, waterslides, hot tub, and fireplace. We spent time at 3 of the 4 pools during our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished, and were very clean and comfortable to return to after a long day of activities.

The convenience store on the property closed very early (3pm?) and the nearest grocery store/pharmacy was 7-10 mins drive away, so it did make it more difficult to obtain last minute items.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was very convenient. Checkin and checkout were easy. I would stay here again in the future.

The market advertised as a place to grab breakfast items happened to be unexpectadly closed the one morning I went. Not a big deal, but just plan to have own options if you like breakfast like me.

Appreciative of the checkin process by security because we were late arriving. Hotel management policy for after hour checkin was notable. Suite was spacious, clean and more than accommodating. Front desk staff so friendly and helpful. Onsite marketplace, restaurant, outdoor grilling stations and 4 pools wonderful. Location, location, location. So many dining and shopping options right around the corner.

Loved the location and multiple pool choices

The fact that I called ahead time, was told all pools are opening til 10pm when truly the pool with waterslides is only open from 10am (which is checkout) to 7pm (check in is 4pm) that only gives 3 hours for kids IF you make it BY checkin time. Anywho that was the whole purpose of our trip ( slides for the kids) didn’t get there til about 530/6pm therefore they only got 1 hr with the slides. Kind of a bummer.
