We liked the location of the hotel. The laundry area and having ice water available in the lobby. It would be nice to have coffee available during the day if they could keep the grounds from being served.

The breakfast food was pretty much the same every day. We’ve stayed two weeks at other hotels and this menu needs some help. The coffee seemed to always have grounds floating in the cup. The staff wouldn’t refill the food entrees if there was 40 minutes before closing the line. They ran out of silverware each day. We were upset to find an additional thousand dollars added to our account once we got home. Apparently, the day we checked out things got messed up and we were charged for no apparent reason. Then after two phone calls to get this resolved they wouldn’t even float 4 days of parking from the bill. I’m not even sure why they charged to park as it wasn’t close to anything for tourists to enjoy.

I liked the many options for breakfast however the eggs could have used some improvement. Im pretty sure they were powdered eggs. Maybe add some seasoning while cooking as they were bland.

Although the room was cute it was very small and I felt very claustrophobic. The living room area had a huge TV stand which took up a lot of space and made it difficult to maneuver around it. Also the A/C unit made noise like a jet taking off , making it impossible to sleep at night.

Pool area was nice and good variety of food for breakfast. Location was okay with a couple of restaurants and Starbucks nearby.

We ate in the restaurant one night. Didn't know until the food was served (in cardboard boxes) that it isn't made on the premises but brought in from a nearby restaurant. No complaints about the food itself but would have been nice to know.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help. Bed and shower, great. We were there for a longer stay and chose a Studio room... Had a small kitchen and living room making the longer stay mor comfortable.

No complains... All great. Breakfast maybe course use a bit more variety.

early morning noise of vehicles , not your fault but it was very loud.

Very comfortable room. Bed was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, pool area very comfortable. Towels at the pool were a nice touch. Lots of room around the foyer both inside and out to sit and relax. Wonderful hotel.

Our room didn’t get straightened or refreshed at all during our 3-day stay and we finally ran out of toilet paper and had to use Kleenex. Also I called the front desk with a couple of questions that no one could every seem to answer for me. They are young and not very informed.

Everything was fantastic from time I checked in ,staff was exceptional! Location superb, breakfast was clutch,overall very happy

I loved everything and everyone w the exceptional of Elma, she needs to loosen up a Lil bit ,I reached out to her on several occasions and got the quick 1 word response, other than that was amazing stay ,I will be back

Love the fully equipped room with kitchen and serveware, separate, sitting area and king-size, comfortable bed and pillows.

I would like to see some healthier breakfast options i.e. plain (no sugar) yogurt, mush oats/chia pudding, fresh berries, hardboiled eggs.

Nick at reception was so helpful, greeted us by name every time we walked in or out of Hyatt House, and he went the extra mile. Spacious well equipped room, great view and excellent location. Good and varied breakfast

Front desk staff were great. Very eager to help. Your bartender, Bri, was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. $10.00 a night for parking feels like being gouged. $18.00 for a duplicate card was ridiculous as well. An omelette bar at breakfast would be nice.
