Very nice property and location was good. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Would stay here again. The room was a nice size and the kitchen with all the appliances needed. Shower was excellent, except for the slippery floor. The pool and cafe were very nice. Fresh coffee and water in the lobby was also a nice touch. Daily text messages were appreciated and shows great customer service.

A rubber mat or some kind of non-slippery surface should be added to the shower floor. Dangerously slippery. Had to put a towel down on the floor, then finally asked the front desk for a rubber mat, but the mat was not really large enough. A rubber mat should be a staple in every bathroom.

No daily cleaning but when I asked they did a nice job Decor a little dated

Lots of construction going on right now and we were not warned about that. Construction workers were smoking in marijuana and I definitely feel that they’re a stairway

This place was amazing. When checking in we were told “Welcome Home” and they did not lie. This place was literally a home away from home. We had everything we could possibly need from silverware to a laundry room! Our room was not far from the pool. There were so many amenities like a place to grill, play mini golf, a gym, basketball court & more. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to stay here again.

Loved the location. Room was comfortable. Bed was comfortable.

Stayed for 8 nights. No cleaning done. Someone came once and was asked to come back but didn’t. I had to empty my own trash. I’m a beat person and had to clean myself, should be better cleaning services

all was fine, we just stayed for one night, left at 5 am for an early flight

Glad the unit will be redone shortly, as told by a staff member walking around, checking inventory on the units - told us they be closing this Sunday for upgrading.

Pool area was lovely and very clean. Very spacious apartment with great amenities

Quite a lot of noisy kids in the pool. Splashing and bumping into you. The shower had very little pressure and took about 5 minutes to get hot

The staff was fantastic!

It was a bit further away than we thought but it was easy to get anywhere. The on site food only serves breakfast Thursday-Sunday.

we had an amazing family vacation at this property. all the employees were exceptional at their job. The female employee at the Aqua poolside eatery was amazing and remembered us from day to day. she was very personable. The room was quaint and well stocked.

The Aqua poolside eatery was not opened after 7pm when we were just coming back to the property.

The pool and Aqua Eatery were simply amazing!

The showers in the rooms contain no pressure and take a very long time to get hot . However we knew that going into the stay based off other reviews 😉
