We had a great stay in a cozy little villa that was perfect for our family getaway. The area is safe and conveniently located near plenty of stores and restaurants. The villa came with a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which made things super easy for us. The pool areas are wonderful—ideal for relaxing—and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean, and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Definitely a place worth checking out!

The only minor issue we noticed was a musty smell coming from the washing machine. It might just need to be left open after use or have its filter cleaned. That said, we still used it without any problems—everything worked well.

We loved the location, all the pools available, and the rooms were awesome.

It looked like the were under construction and a pool was down. In the kiddie pool, below the red kiddie slide the mesh needs to be fixed. Kids were swimming underneath there and getting stuck. I was in fear that a kid would drown. Some lifeguards (male) were standing around visually looking at all the kids and some lifeguards (females) were just sitting. Not looking at the kids going under the slide. I understand its hot and they need shade but they were not looking at the kids or telling them anything. We had a great time.

I could have stayed forever. Staff fabulous. Great pools (4) child friendly one with slides & lifeguards, an over 21’s only & 2 other crackers. Lovely location close to shops & restaurants. Great breakfast. Fab casita, huge 2 bed, full kitchen, lounge. 3 TVs, patio x2. Super clean resort with pool towels & good bathroom & household products provided.

Breakfast credit only $10/person/day yet breakfast costs $23/person/day, not objecting on price but would have liked that highlighted.

The suite with 2 bedrooms was huge. Plenty of space to cook, hang out and not get in each others way. The grounds were very nice and the pool area had lots to keep kids occupied. Would definitely bring a family here to have a good vacation.

Can't think of anything that was disappointing. so would definitely come again. ...... ...................................................................

Rooms were really nice. Beds were comfortable. Activity center was really cool for the kids.

The pool with a waterslides was a little overcrowded. Which I get. Everyone wants to go to that pool. We were put in a building next to an adult only pool and we have 3 kids. That didnt make sense. But kids had fun. Wifi did not work at all in out rooms.

We had a great time at the holiday inn in Scottsdale! Plenty of space with large bedrooms, dining, kitchen area private patio with washer and dryer! Comfy beds and all the necessary items provided. Fridge even had ice machine!

Only complaint is our room placement was right by the adult only pool when front desk knew we had 3 kids.

Good area of the city, friendly staff, rooms locations were very convenient we didn’t have to walk far to our vehicle or nearest pool, villas were nice, clean, and spacious!

Only issue I had was with the pool..it was a little dirty you could see some wads of hair and small particles floating around. That didn’t stop my kids from enjoying it though.

Facility, accessibility and location were excellent. Staff was kind, consistent and personable. Everything was above expectations.

The only issue (if you can call it that) was that the resort is so far on the edge of the valley that cell service is spotty.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, also welcoming and friendly.

Part of the splashpad wasn't working for my kids were a little disappointed and also my daughter wasn't able to go on the slide as she was just under the height requirement but a strong swimmer.

Very spacious and very well equipped apartment. Sofa bed was good quality . Massive showers.

Booking.com says breakfast included but when confirmation email from holiday inn came through it said only breakfast allowance for 2 people( we had booked for 5 people) so we had to pay for the rest of us.
