The outside doors only worked sometimes with the hotel card keys. Half the time we couldn’t get in at all and had to keep going to the front desk to get them recoded. Then the keys would only work on certain outside doors and it would take many attempts to get it to work. The hair dryer also did not work, but I was immediately brought a new one. The bathroom doors stuck and the tub was very narrow and curved and the tub floor was very slippery all this combined made it hard to stand or turn in the shower. We had to buy a shower mat so we didn’t slip. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The property was very clean, the staff were all friendly, the AC units worked extremely well, and the beds were so comfortable. The mini fridge was perfectly sized and I liked that there was a microwave in the room too. The location being right off the freeway was extremely convenient. It was a perfect place to stay while my home AC was being repaired. There was plenty of parking around the property. The continental breakfast was good too. When I had to extend my stay a couple days, the front desk staff made it so easy!

I didn’t like that there were only 2 pillows on each bed, but I didn’t try asking for more either. I also felt uneasy about the elevators. They worked but they felt old and there were a couple times I thought the door wasn’t going to open. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would stay again.

Being in a more affluent area of Phoenix, Scottsdale facilities seemed to be a bit nicer. Breakfast was pretty standard fare but it was nice to have a larger dining area to eat in. Also, the staff were accommodating enough for my kids, allowing us to stay in the pool a bit later.

The rooms were nice enough but our bedroom thermostat was broken, which only pumped in outside temperature air (read: Scottsdale in summer is hot...). There were a few other minor decor elements that were broken, but nothing that would prevent me from coming back.

The property was very quiet and clean, the rooms were adequately sized for our needs. Lots of entry access, breakfast was good.

The beds, we had multiple guests staying in different rooms and all of us ended up very sore from the beds and pillows. The beds seemed comfortable until we slept in them. Our bathroom doors were a little off which made them difficult and loud to close.

We love the property, the location was excellent. Near shopping plaza and easy in and out the city

The staff was really awesome. Except, one of the staff members walked into our room without knocking, just when my girlfriend got done getting dressed. She was startled. Management needs to talk to the staff and remind them to knock before entering. For safety and security purposes for them and the guests

Staff was very accommodating. First room had a problem with the lock so the instantly gave me another room. Both front desk and maintenance staff were professional and easy to deal with.

The pillows are trash!!! Made it hard to sleep. Everything else is amazing at this location. Please look into putting some funding into getting better pillows and it will make the place near perfect!!

It was a little noisy from the road but that was to be expected

The room was clean and had nice pictures on the walls. The room was large and had room for our luggage. The bathroom was a good size, with storage under the sink.

Same breakfast every day. The plastic spoons, forks and knives were not very good. The fork would bend & the knife couldn’t cut butter.

Very pet friendly. My dog loved the grass play area and I loved that the hotel staff asked me if I wanted a first floor room to make it easierto take a pet out. Very thoughtful!

The room air conditioning was not adjustable. i wish I could have made it a little cooler. It was 112 degrees during my stay. It also could have been cleaner. The vinyl floor at the entry area seemed like it was not mopped when I arrived.

Room was clean and spacious enough. The bathroom was a little tight for two people, but not big deal. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, but good enough to get out the door. Easy parking. Great location for commuting to trade show.

The aircon was super loud. When it came on, it was annoying.
