The staff was very friendly. The room was good and was clean, but I would update the faucets. I didn't like where they put the fridge, and it was very tiny. We didn't spend much time in our room since we were just using it for a place to sleep. We were visiting family and were gone most of the time. Normally we stay with family but this time it wasn't possible. We own timeshare with Wyndham and Disney, so I am a bit of a resort snob, but this place was fine as far as hotels go.

There was road construction going on and I didn't like the 8 dollar parking fee. I didn't like that there wasn't a breakfast buffet. We stayed next door at the Marriott Residence Inn for one night, and they offered a full breakfast buffet. The Marriot Courtyard had a nice Bistro and that was nice but very pricey. They serve Starbucks, but it is brewed differently. It's very weak. I will say, the Bistro staff were very friendly and I appreciated that.

Very welcoming and acomodating staff, especially Alexia in particular, she was very helpful in all aspect and helping me set up becoming a member and even after i had left she went above and beyond. I had realized I left my headphones and my charger and not only were they recovered but she has helped mr recover and ship them back home. amazing expierience and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Arizona.

Breakfast was just okay. It was not busy but the person at the counter was behind on things. Food was fine.

I’d prefer a nicer breakfast spot not counter service. It doesn’t need to be fancy but better than Starbucks. Also, paying for parking in an area that is NOT in a city is absurd! Plenty of space in the lot. This is just a cash grab by Marriott.

Juana in house keeping was exceptional! She went the extra mile for me (like folding my night gown, putting the remote back in the bed where I had it and keeping extra towels because I am a 2 shower a day person). The staff was friendly! Joey at the bar really attended to us. The shuttle drivers were informative and courteous!

That the pool was not available until the day before I left. They did offer to take you to another pool but it would of inconvenience me because you had to wait on the shuttle to pick you back up.

Juana, the housekeeper assigned to my room was exceptionally attentive and courteous. I typically choose this location because it always so clean.

It is pricey for the size of the room, and while it is in a convenient location, it is not particularly as it is next to a highway and an office park.

We had breakfast there. It was excellent.

Unfortunately, we had neighbours who seemed to Be entertaining a small group both nights of our stay. It was not raucous but they were occasionally loud. Sound proofing not good. Went Quite late. We have stayed here several times, first time this has occurred.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and very helpful. My room (king) was nice and clean, the pool was just right.

I wish there had been a full restaurant on-site...the food in the bistro was ok, but nothing I really wanted for breakfast or dinner.

I ran out of toothpaste. The packets of toothpaste the front desk had were single use. It would be great if you all had the small travel size toothpastes instead. Guest laundry: OVERPRICED. $4 for one wash cycle and $4 for one dry cycle.

The location was perfect for us. Super friendly staff and very clean. We ate at the bistro a few times, and the food was excellent. The beds were new and super comfy. There is plenty of room to set up our little boys' bed. Would highly recommend!

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast (it's not a buffet, you select items from a menu and they prepare them for you). Pool area had a steel drummer playing relaxing tunes on Sat.

Room was not ready at check-in (3pm), but they were very friendly and provided pool access card and towels while we waited. They said we were early, so I wonder if Booking.com's 3pm check-in time should have listed 4?
