My stay was smooth and pleasant. The facilities are great. I loved the room with the view at the pool and the garden. It included the essentials (coffee machine, water heater, micro, fridge) , wifi was overall great , there is an atm inside the hotel which I was happy to use as it was compatible with my revolut card. Frigate public beach is nearby , a big super market is 5' walk from the hotel and there are plenty options around the hotel regarding food. The staff was great as well ! I met a few very kind and always willing to help front desk ladies who answered all my questions with a smile.

The price was of value for the property. The facilities in the 'studio' apartment were basic but ok.

I would consider the plugs in the kitchen. I was unable to plug in toaster and kettle safely. It would be great to develop a small beach area for seating but I also saw ow difficult that might be. No need to wash all the towles everyday but I had no sign I could put on the door .

The overall ambience of the hotel is wonderful. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were a good size. We did not feel as though we were on top of each other in the space. There was a small kitchenette and appliances that made the stay easier.

I would recommend that they try to do some updating of the fixtures before they get even costlier to update.

Although the facility itself is a bit aged, the pleasant and helpful staff more than made up for this. It is in a central location- walking distance to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. It is also very close to the airport which is a bonus I would recommend the hotel to my friends and colleagues.

great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the cruise ships - still a short drive to the port Zante - great location, staff and vibe. theres an atlantic beach right behind sugar bay hotel you can walk out of beautiful! but also too rough to swim.. can enjoy a beach sitting.

Great hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Shop on site, close to beach, bars, restaurants. What more could you ask for, will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything! 🫶🏾

The staff were, almost to a person, excellent. Because I am slightly handicapped, they went out of their way to help me and make my stay comfortable and easy.

I wish there had been breakfast on the property.

Location was great, walking distance to restaurants and frigate bay beach.

Property could use a little spruce up.

Property was convenient and gave great views every morning. Staff was on time to refresh and restock room daily.

Everything was superb.

Great apartment with good beds and hot shower. Near restaurants. Ms. Ophelia, taxi driver Mr. Vincent and other staff are very friendly.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to swim in the sea at the Sugar Bay Club. But that's not the fault of Sugar Bay Club.
