Beautiful location overlooking ocean, dolphins. Great sunsets. Nice pool. Decent restaurants short drive, on-site restaurant with pleasant breakfast. Reasonable base for exploring area if have rental car. Overall, a more authentic island experience compared with higher priced resorts. Everything was clean and staff helpful.

Wi fi worked but was a little spotty at times. Furnishings were basic.

Great views from the pool area. Nice to be able to walk to the dolphin experience. Restaurant on site convenient for breakfast. Easy drive to/from airport.

Furnishings in the rooms were basic, nothing plush/only a few paintings etc. Wifi worked but seemed a little spotty in places (had to switch rooms to get working in room).

Room was spacious and comfortable. View over the ocean was spectacular. Could also see the Dolphin Discovery and dolphins doing tricks. Room had many facilities such as fridge, microwave, cooking facilities, crockery, ironing board. Reception was extremely friendly and helped me with some of my travel issues which I was grateful for. Staff were kind in general. The breakfast was quite good though a bit pricey.

My room looked to have been recently renovated which was good but some more attention should be paid to sliding door and balcony which weren't up to the standard of the rest of the room. Dining room coffee wasn't the best.

I loved the staff very friendly and nice alexis from the kitchen and merci from front desk and the other front desk lady made our stay well

Very Caribbean. Large spacious rooms. Powerful shower with plenty hot water. Great pool and small beach on hand.

Not a lot to dislike. Would say a car is needed and not suitable for anyone who cannot walk far or climb stairs.

This is a lovely property- well maintained. Although we only stayed one night we returned towards end of trip for restraunt on sight. Pool very nice - ac good!

Older property- so sliding patio door a bit hard to open. bathroom shower pressure low and a little awkward to step up unto- but did not detract from positives - matched price value

The property is very cozy, and the breakfast is very delicious, I recommend the St.kitts salt fish with Johnny cakes and boiled eggs. I had to ask for more Johnny cakes, so good.

I didn’t like that I was unable to see the dolphins close up and personal, as there is also an area with dolphins which you could only see if there was a cruise ship in port, when I went there was no cruise ship.

The property is situated in the peaceful bird rock area of the island with fantastic views of the ocean. The accommodation was clean and facilites included on site dinning and a pool.
