Excellent villas in a superb location. Photos of The Hamilton are true showing large extensive rooms. Fully air-conditioned. The villas were kitted out with high end domestic facilities for self catering however the yachtsman grill did excellent breakfasts/ food across the day. All the villas were so close to the beach. The staff were able to Help with all queries such as arranging taxis and car hire. We were always greeted warmly and nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping team were happy to help and very friendly.

The cost of the transfer seemed excessive and could have been arranged locally (had we done more research) far cheaper.

A large apartment with all the required facilities. The whole site was clean and tidy and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool but it was nice and clean. The beach was lovely and not too busy during our stay. The beach restaurant was lovely though only used it once. as we ate in the apartment for the remainder of the time.

The TV was initially broken and the fire stick was missing. This was soon rectified through the engineer on site. Unfortunately we did have a power cut on arrival and the noise of the standby generator was very loud being just outside the main reception. The whole complex would have been able to hear it. The cause was not to do with the hotel.

The Hamilton Villas are located on the sort of Caribbean beach that you dream of: long sandy beaches, fringed by palms, with a perfectly blue Caribbean sea and hardly anyone else there. And you just walk out of your villa and there it all is. Our two bed partial sea view unit was nicely decorated and serviced very thoroughly everyday by enthusiastic and very friendly cleaning team. Charlestown is a fifteen minute drives away for shopping and other facilities. Indian Summer, one of the best Nevis restaurants (if not the world!) is a 5 minute walk away and you can fill water bottles at the source of the Nelson Spring nearby.

As these are self catered apartments (although I suspect most people don't do much cooking there with so many good restaurants around!) it would be useful to have a small shop with basic essentials. We arrived off a long haul flight and ti would have been good to have some basics before we went shopping the next day

Great location. Lovely beach, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Quiet. Excellent Wi-Fi. Spacious bedrooms. Roomy patio with chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, concierge service for shopping upon request. Friendly staff.

Pool shape, design unappealing. Water probably okay, but dark-painted floor bottom makes it appear dirty. Good for kids to splash around. Who cares? The beach and Yachtsman Grill Restaurant are right there!

Right on the beach, not far from Oualie Beach water taxi service, and only 5 minutes from Pinney's Beach. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet lodging. Full kitchen if you want to cook or bring take away back to the room. You can walk down the beach to Barefoot Bar (3 minute walk) as well.

Need to rent a car or it is hard to get anywhere in Nevis. Taxis can get expensive

Having the Yachtsman Beach restaurant at the facility was more than we expected. The food BL& D and drinks were great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a few dinners at the area restaurants, but most of our meals and snacks and drinks were at the Yachtsman. We came to relax, and they made it happen.....

The view was amazing and the air conditioner worked really well. The pools and Yachtsman grill were very accessible. Housekeeping would schedule around our activities. All the staff was amazing.

Water should be supplied daily. Phone number needs to be on WhatsApp. Common steps to door need cleaning.

Stunning location, and our villa was beautiful, right on the beach with an ocean view. Staff were very welcoming and friendly with daily room service.

Roof terrace had no furniture

I loved the ambiance, the tranquillity, cleanliness, hospitality of the staff, they made everything a breeze from start to finish. We especially loved Janice who made sure our room was impeccable daily. This will definitely be my go to location whenever on Island!

Private peaceful beach with the Yachtsman’s Grill right there for an easy lunch/cocktail. Kitchen, so be sure to pick up provisions before arriving.

No ice in the freezer. small complaint but wasn’t expecting that the auto ice machine wouldn’t be working.
