Great room. Great facilities. Location

Gym and spa not ready. For that price we were expecting: (1) complementary water bottles every day (2) toiletries replaced at least every 2 days (3) concierge service

We had an incredible day! Everything was perfect from the staff to the cleanliness, the installations like the pool/rooftop. The staff was always very attentive and friendly. Everyone made sure we had a fantastic stay. The restaurant casa bonita was to die for, everything was delicious. This is the best hotel in the area because of the staff, the views, the beautiful squeaky clean rooms, the location, the breakfast buffet, and the piña coladas. Also, the hotel smells amazing! We will be coming back

Everything was incredible, the only thing that could be better is the wata restaurant. They did not have most food items available and what was available was very ok or not good. The drinks are good at least. I recommend going to the other available restaurants in the hotel.

This is a very special place! It is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. It is located in a great spot - close to everything but also quiet. The pool is an amazing place to spend the day _ wonderful service and views! The breakfast is exceptional with a wide variety of options and amazing fresh fruits. We ate dinner ate both the restaurants and they were very good. Best of all are the people working here - always willing to help and smiling.

Cons ,staff speaks little English and there is no after hours zone where you can have a drink we were kick off around 22.30 from swimming pool are and restaurant only area in the hotel where you can have a drink,we try only socialise with other guests and security came in and said we have to leave that was very unprofessional handled by hotel ,you should have have at least bar open by midnight in location like San Andres. Also we received a final bill one day before checkout through the door it feels a bit like we are kick off before.

Beautifully decorated hotel. Real nice rooms, very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. Nice toiletry!! The rooftop pool is AMAZING!! The view is breathtaking. Breakfast buffet was great! The staff at front desk were wonderful and helped us set up all the tour and car rental. They were incredible!!

Service at the rooftop restaurante for dinner took waaay too long (over 1h waiting on pasta that I eventually cancelled), but we had the chance to make a former constructive critic and that was nice. Missed a chair and a hatstand in the rooms.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! From the welcoming with a delicious oatmeal coconut drink at the reception to the staff, food, location and cleanness. The hotel certainly pays attention to every detail. The staff was very helpful and kind. The restaurant offered very good plates and cocktails. The breakfast besides being delicious was varied from one day to another. I would certainly go back to Nattivo!

There were no showers or changing rooms in public areas. I've been told that they are still working in the Spa and the Gym, so they could probably fit in those areas.

Very well situated in the midst of all the action yet quiet in the sleeping areas, clean, modern yet tasteful decor, very friendly staff. The Italian restaurant located downstairs was amazing and there

The only thing that I though could be improved was that they didn't have a gym, I heard they are building one, however in my visit there was nothing. Once the gym is built, it will be a world class hotel.

Location, location, location. Hotel is located at walking distance from everything. Breakfast buffet had a lot of food variety (we are not picky) I liked how they would change some choices every day. They let you borrow towels to take to the beach. They welcome you with a refreshing drink and towel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy.

Is a little bit pricey, some employees need to improve interpersonal skills, pool closes too early at 8pm.

Great front desk and welcome process with a delicious welcome drink. Rooms are spacious and really nice with a great bathroom. The rooftop has a good view. Breakfast has good variety. If you want some comfort on the island, stay at Nattivo.

Service at breakfast and in the roof top bar was terrible, staff needs better training.

Beautiful property, amazing facilities and great views. Beds are super comfy rooms are lovely size and lovely bathrooms. Also the staff were very polite and helpful.

Bed bugs in one of the rooms. Tried to tell the manager but was given an unpleasant response saying that rooms were clean when I have videos and pictures as evidence.
