The hotel location was excellent for skiing - ski in/ski out. A bit removed from the center of town, but still within easy reach. The hotel was a typical Swiss Grand Hotel, with a mixture of top modern (Spa area) and 20th century Nostalgia (lobby design). The rooms seemed freshly renovated and where very spacious with excellent view (South side), a pillow menu, turn down service, a spacious bath(room) etc. Top notch! The breakfast area was good, with ample choices and on demand egg order service.

The water in the main swimming pool was not too warm, especially in the whirlpool area. The hotel guests are quite reserved and distinguished, proper for a Grand Hotel. Not so much for families or bachelors :)

Room was very clean. Location is perfect. We really enjoyed walking around the hotel. We also find the private funicular is really convenient. We liked the food and the staff were very friendly. The evening piano was also really romantic. Spa and sport facitilies were fantastic. Private spa suit was fine and it has a nica sauna and steam bath.

Early in the morning, we heard a frequent loud crackling noise most likely coming from the window frames. There was not many options for salad only cucumber and tomato. There was no avocado. :(

Not sure where to start! 1. Room was perfect, I loved the bathroom set up with shower and separate bathtub. We had a mountain view, so it was just gorgeous to see how weather changes in the mountains. 2. SPA was just perfect! It's in the Vogue Top 100 around the world and it is indeed incredible! I was there several times per day. 3. Private Funicular and day pass for other cable cars in Arosa - perfect option for summer hiking activities. 4. Grand Restaurant - compliments to the chef, as everything was delicious. I still remember blackcurrant tart and the Apricot dessert. 5. Everybody meet you with a smile and really want to help you with any possible question you have during the whole stay. Very nice people work there and it is very rare in the hotel industry!

None :) Really nothing to mention here.

Tschuggen is an amazing place to stay in Arosa. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere in the hotel is casual luxury which I personally appreciate a lot. A highlight is definitely the hotel owned "Tschuggen Express" bringing guests directly from the hotel up to the mountain. Hotel provides sledges for guest and has an inhouse ski rental. The food and bar is great.

It is a family place and I like that but for the SPA it would be great if there would be at least 2 hours a day which would restrict it for kids so one does not feel like being at a public swimming pool but in a SPA.

You can clearly feel that it’s a high class hotel. From all the comforts, kind staff behavior, services. Extreme cleanliness, which in general is hard to get. Great breakfast. The nice view from the panoramic windows of the room. The big Spa area, even if the included ones are just the upper floor with the big pool divide in section and the half floor with saunas. Arosa Card.

The room felt a bit hot late at night, but maybe I didn’t get how to use the thermostat. I was hoping for at least another small pool area, that usually gives a simple feel of variety.

Architecture and design of the hotel is exceptional. Breakfast was excellent, wide range of choices and lot of specialties from the region. I expected maybe little bit more from the dishes ordered from the menu (separately from the buffet). I really appreciated that the hotel offered transport to town for us, there was no need to use our car.

The staff issued invoice with the mistake (sum was not correct because cake was missing), they apologised but did not issue corrected invoice. I expected corrected invoice to be provided to me.

My stay at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel was made exceptional thanks to the incredibly helpful and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone went out of their way to ensure I had a smooth and enjoyable experience. The hotel's setting and amenities were also top-notch! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service in a beautiful, luxurious setting. Also big thanks to the guys at the breakfast, amazing and professional service ❤️

Everything, stuff were very helpful, kind and offered welcome drink upon arrival , they offer free rides to overlook the town and went to visit places which is reasonable to the price , the room was very clean with a very exceptional view of the imaginary mountains, was very comfortable to sleep and relax , although we had dinner in their restaurant which was very delicious and nice experience takes you to the Victorian century wish if I stayed more💙

If only the spa offers a 3 hours time for females to enjoy , would be great

It’s so nice that there still are hotels where taking care of guests hasn’t been cut of the expenses list yet. Old fashioned place where you actually feel respected and welcomed. My favorite hotel not only in Switzerland but worldwide so far.

I hate it that I not wealthy enough yet to spend more time here:)

Amazing service, some of the best we have had in any hotel. Also loved the view from the room, the little private railway lift outside, and the breakfast.

The dinner and atmosphere was slightly to "traditionally fancy" for us, something a touch more modern or casual would be great. The spa itself is very modern though.
