The hotel staff were wonderful, courteous, and responded positively to every request we had. The children spent most of their time at the kids club, where the team engaged them in an exceptional way. They were truly happy to play there, allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation and relax

The breakfast was good, but since we don’t eat meat and only eat fish, we were disappointed on one day when fish was not served at breakfast, unlike the previous days. Additionally, please note that dinner at the hotel restaurant is particularly expensive. The restaurant charges 20 francs per child for the children’s buffet, regardless of the child’s age. For a toddler of two years and a three-year-old child, they charged 20 francs each

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, which made our even more unforgettable. Even though the hotel isn’t right next to the slopes, there is a shuttle service that we really appreciated. The hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable and easy stay. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the spa was great. The breakfast was also amazing. But the best part was the staff. They were really friendly and helpful. They were always there to help us with anything we needed. Overall, this hotel in Davos was amazing. We would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking to ski in Davos.

Great alpine hotel. We had a room overlooking the forest which was very cosy and also quiet. Full blackout curtains was great to have, slept like a baby. Spa area is good with nice pool and different saunas. Cross country tracks are literally across the road which was super convenient. For alpine skiing there are handy transfers to Parsenn and Jacobshorn.

Shower cabin had slightly odd construction, leaving water splashed over the floor. Food was not always great in the restaurant.

The building is maintained in excellent condition. The quality of the bed, mattresses, cushions were excellent. The breakfast offered various options. Quality was good. I love the pool which was heated, it was clean like the spa. I came for one night and stayed three nights because I was very happy. The room was very quiet.

The restaurant was closing too early at 9 PM. The housekeeping forgot to refill the tea and sugar.

The location and the facilities are great. They run regular shuttles from/to key ski stations nearby. What we liked the most is how incredibly nice every single person from the staff was with us. We were travelling with children and they were super flexible and helpful at all times. Totally recommended for families. Our children loved the kid’s club.

The temperature of the pool water was a bit too cold

Don’t understand why this hotel is not so popular on Bookings.com. If you happen to travel by car, this should be your choice of hotel at Davos. The junior suite we assigned was in the new building. The room is very spacious and all facilities are very new. The hotel even had a very big kids club got indoor and outdoor play. Not to mention the swimming pool opened till 9pm.

The access of the room is a bit tricky. You have to walk along a very puzzle like walkway before you can reach the room.

Everything was simply perfect. Two days in this hotel felt like a week's holiday elsewhere and we came back fully recovered. Our 7 and 9 YO kids loved it and we had to promise them to be back next year. The mini golf park was a highlight for them, but also the fantastic breakfast, the kind staff, the spa facilities were very convincing. And I haven't even mentioned the surrounding - the hotel is situated perfectly for a bike ride along the trails.

I came on purposeto that hotel to spend some nice relaxing time in the outside sauna, but it was cold. Was it cold to save money?!Had to go to reception. Wait for the only person at the reception to handle other guests....Waited 30 minutes, went back to outdoor sauna, still cold. On top of that, nobody at the reception of the spa. The staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive. Our room was comfortable and had all you would need. Breakfast was more than plentiful and had a very wide selection. The restaurant was not expansive in it's menu but was sufficient and the food was delicious. The kids club was exceptional, lots for kids to do and easy to just leave them to their own devices.

The swimming pool could have been a degree or two warmer.
