Located on the Promenade, this hotel has outstanding beds (can't remember when I last slept so well in a hotel) and an exceptional breakfast. Reception was very nice and ready to help. We spoke in German but I believe they can speak EN too. Reception hours may seem odd but due to breaks but it wasn't a problem, our key was left ready for pickup. In general everyone is relaxed. We had a studio, big, cleaned daily with kitchinette (had everything you need for a short stay). Groceries close by (5mins walk). We also got free Davos transport tickets working also on some cable cars. Loved it and recommend it!

It's quite a walk to the city centre, but again whether this is an issue or not depends pn your interests.

Reception Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and had a large balcony. Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel in the centre of town and close to bus stops was a bonus.

I had booked the half board deal as we like to dine where we are staying when travelling. Unfortunately there was no choice at all of any of the three courses, perhaps because there was a food fair going on in town that evening. It would have been helpful if this was pointed out before a booking is made. Neither of us could eat the main course and it took a great deal of discussion (which was rather embarrassing) before the restaurant manager agreed to provide us with a cold platter of meat and cheese. Having said that the quality of the food was very good and the next morning the hotel did not charge us for parking as a recompense.

Apartment was very spacious and had a lot of facilities (2 bathrooms, kitchen, terrace, a very cosy dining area where we spent a lot of time playing board games with the children). Central location with access to all of the city attractions and a free parking made it a very good choice for our vacation. But what completely exceeded our expectations was a dinner. The menu was very rich and the dishes were super tasty. Salmon and caviar starters, chestnut and truffle soup, veal fillet and selection of desserts... Everything was so good!

The hotel is not new and some facilities could be renovated. Other than that everything was very good.

Staff was friendly and we could feel a personal attitude. The atmosphere in the hotel is very cozy and pleasant overall. Breakfast was very decent. We also used the opportunity to book dinner with our reservation. This was very convenient since we could just visit the hotel's restaurant for dinner instead of having to search for other places nearby. The food was quite good. Big thanks to the hotel staff who took into account our request for lactose-free meals and adjusted the menu accordingly. The room was nice, had all that was necessary for the stay. The location is within a walking distance from the Parsenn Funicular, so we could walk there instead of needing a car. There were parking spots right in front of the hotel but it got a bit crowded on Saturday evening, so it would be good to specify if you're coming with a car beforehand, just in case. The hotel is pretty well maintained and offers a very good quality for the three-star level, which it has.

We checked in on 30th July and The reception lady was impatient to answer our question and did not even mention we could actually took the bus for free to go to the top. The lady we met on second day 31.July was really pleasant

Good breakfast, everything we wanted. Nice hotel, pleasant staff. I would go there again.

One vivid family walking there and back many times in the room above us - you could hear quite loudly everything.

Prime location in Davos, short way to skiing and shopping. Nice old styled chalet, plain but charming rooms. Very well runned family business

Very nice location in Davos, just a few minutes walk to restaurants. We were able to park the motorcycles in the garage which was perfect due to the rain.

The showers are a bit small.
