The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, warm, and home-like, making us feel as though we were visiting family or friends. Personalized attention, a genuine willingness to assist, and constant availability made us feel truly cared for. We even got to know many staff members by name, like Pascal and Konstantinos, who were wonderful. The hotel itself is a one-of-a-kind retreat, offering a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and convenience. Its prime location, directly opposite the train station, makes exploring the city effortless, with easy access to transportation, including the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service throughout the day. The culinary experience was equally delightful, as we relished breakfast and lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, under the direction of a new Italian chef. The exquisite dishes brought us immense pleasure and left a lasting impression

There is nothing negative

- Beautiful old-feeling (in the best sense) rooms and decor - Ski and snowboard lockers with heaters for boots and gloves - Spa is beautifully designed and well maintained - Right across the Davos Dorf train station and 3min by foot from the Parsenn furnicular that takes you to the skiing area. - Breakfast is good and has lots of included a la carte options

Very minor things - nothing that really bithered us: - Spa only opens from 8am to 8pm. No late night spa visits after a long skiing day. - The room was very warm in comparison to the outside temp and we didn't find a way to reduce the heating. Walkijg around in a sweater is not really comfy.

Best place we’ve stayed at! The even randomly came by the room giving us chocolates. Free car charging and the most amazing breakfast. The spa area was exceptional too, very nice outdoor sauna. We also had dinner at the hotel one evening and it’s was really divine. Would not even consider going anywhere else next time I’m in Davos! Staff are as genuinely nice and good hearted people. You can tell they help you because they are super nice and good people. Not like in some other fancy hotels where you can tell they just do it cause they have to.

Everything was exceptional. I cannot even try to think of any flaw.

Service from the staff was absolutely amazing. I have stayed in numerous high end hotels all over the world and never experienced such good service in a hotel before. My wife and I keep talking about it, it was just that good!

The pillows are too soft and not supporting at all. That’s a pity, as it’s so important for a proper sleep and easy to take care of.

Amazing breakfast. Had also alternative milks. Healthy options available for vegans, vegetarians but also carnivores and pescatarians. Fresh food. Great tea selection.Loved it. Spa area is also nice and clean friendly staff at reception and breakfast

The staff in the in house restaurant (esp. the chef or manager of the restaurant Stübli horrendous to no feedback skills. It is not directly related to the hotel itself but the manager handled everything so poorly, took no accountability and blamed it on his staff. His staff was apologetic and kind (bald guy was very friendly)

Breakfast was phenomenal, beautiful property, amazing pool/spa/sauna area, wonderful staff. Everyone we interacted with was enthusiastic. helpful and friendly. Staff are very happy and it shows. Huge hotel rooms too.

I cannot think of a single thing

Friendly and forthcoming staff. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. Lovely and clean interior. The pianist! They treated our little Frenchie no other than we do, like a member of our family. The fireplaces were cozy and the Christmas decorations subtle and warmly. Felt like a home away from home.

It was the perfect stay. We felt very well treated. The breakfast was amazing, top notch.

It is right outside the train station. I was a little skeptical at first. From the outside it isn’t very welcoming. In the bar they have a wonderful menu, but the cocktails like old fashioned are very watery, and the shouldn’t be.

Breakfast superb Staff extremely friendly, great customer service attitude, and willing to go beyond the course of duty We were even allowed access to the spa and sauna - on the checkout day - after the skiing day, allowing us to relax and avoid the evening traffic rush.
