I really enjoyed several things during my stay at the hotel: • The reception staff were very welcoming and cooperative. • The location is convenient and close to many services. • The size of the Superior Room was excellent. • The parking facility was very useful. • The room had a beautiful view.

There were a few things I did not like about the hotel: • The shower handle was very weak, and it was difficult to balance hot and cold water to get a suitable temperature. • The carpet in the room was not properly clean. • The kettle did not work well. • The tea and coffee in the room were not complimentary. • The parking was expensive. • There was no air conditioning in the room.

Breakfast was decent, sauna even if has seen it's best days, good location to reach the cross country tracks and ski lifts, late check-out.

Property policies stated that parking was free of charge which was not the case (seems that the hotel has corrected this), facilities a bit tired, room service only came in late afternoon.

Hotel Kongress an option that never disappoints! Very comfortable stay, cosy rooms, warm, perfect location, delicious breakfast with plenty of options including chef cooked omlets according to personal taste. Convenient access to storage room for your skis.

Parking requires advanced reservation, a bit pricey but typical for Davos.

My second stay at this hotel. Great breakfast! Large comfortable room. Clean and quiet, slept well. Convenient situated at the main street, in the center of Davos. Bus stop to the ski-areas right outside. Supermarket at the opposite side of the street. Good value for money (got a discount).

The room was very big and comfortable, with complimentary water and chocolate when we arrived. The breakfast was good, with many tea options and fresh fruits! The location is very central, with free parking. I would stay there again.

I would like a bit more variety regarding the breakfast, eg. for vegans, and boiled eggs. Otherwise, everything was amazing!

Location - walking distance from the cross-country ski area, comfort and cleanliness of the room which was spacious enough. Easy to regulate the temperature in the room. Parking is very convenient.

It was a bit difficult to find where to open the parking garage door, getting the kettle at the reception is a bit strange procedure :)

Wow! Great hotel, great location, very clean; The room size was totally ok even with a baby; we had the corner room, with a small terrace; loved the little touches for our little kid; they provided a small bathrobe, a rubber duck, and special toiletries just for her; the crib was actually a kid-size wooden bed, a little old but did the job; It was an old hotel which was renovated nicely; we loved everything about it and totally recommend it;

Very good service and very affordable pricing for switzerland. Staff deals very professional with request. Something was wrong with my room and staff immediately offered new room, voucher and manager came by personally in the morning again to explain and discuss the situation.

Lovely stay! Cozy room, lovely view from a balcony, super friendly staff, and a great location—right opposite a supermarket and bus stop.

The restaurant felt very outdated. The breakfast options were also a bit disappointing.

Excellent location in the middle of Davos, good choice at breakfast buffet, friendly and helpful staff

A minor thing, but there was initially no kettle in the room. When we asked for one at the reception, we got the cheapest one available in Switzerland, which just feels a bit cheap for a hotel of this standard.
