Good rooms, great breakfast. Big modern hotel. Small gym to stretch my back out after days on a motorcycle. Good underground parking with lift into hotel. Reasonable restaurant but with usual Swiss expense! Same throughout town though. Location was ok for us as a touring base but could be long walk to other parts of town.

Air con! Stated room has air conditioning, it does not! Apparently according to staff it’s not allowed in Davos? They have a pumped air system that balances up the temperature everywhere in theory. It does not cool or dry the air, not good when it’s 30’ outside. Sadly it’s common on Booking.com to claim air conditioning when they don’t really have it, it’s not just the Hilton. Otherwise it was a good hotel.

A modern hotel with elevators and easy access to rooms with luggage. Beds were comfortable. Outlets near nightstand convenient for charging phones. Large room. Wonderful breakfast. Underground parking with elevator to lobby. Staff friendly.

The pseudo one-way street in front of the hotel is a bit tricky. Traffic (for passenger cars, for example) can move in only one direction (heading west) in front of the hotel, whereas the other lane (heading east) is for exclusive bus use. Don't make any u-turns in front of the hotel.

Floor heating in the bathroom: either nor existent, or not working properly WiFi ok, but not state of the art. Internet speed via mobile data connection 10x faster than WiFi. Parking: If you are squeezed between 2 SUVs, getting on and off the car requires a significant effort Gym needs an update

Marsel reception staff was very friendly and helpful during check in and when I had queries. He resolved the queries in a professional manner. All other reception staff were also friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine. There was something I did not like.

The location is great, bus stop to slopes right outside. Really good breakfast.

Room was too hot and we couldn’t adjust temperature, slept with outside door open which led to room being very noisy. Disappointed tap water wasn’t included with half board. Soft drinks are included with breakfast but not dinner. When we asked why we were told ‘this is Switzerland’. Given that this is a Hilton hotel I would expect tap water with dinner at the very least.

Good location with clean room and facilities. The breakfast was really nice and the staff was very helpful and accommodating (despite the language barrier). Excellent value for the price - even included local bus tickets.

Sauna: it would be valuable to warn guests (before arrival or at check-in) that people might be naked when using the sauna and other relaxation facilities. It came as a complete shock seeing other users naked in the sauna when we went to use it.

The room was well appointed, regularly cleaned with comfortable beds and a balcony looking out to the mountains. Breakfast was tasty with a good choice on offer, including hot and cold food. The hotel is located on the main thoroughfare with regular buses available using the Davos Klosters Guest card.

We went on the first week of the Ski season and I believe the price was very low to what it normally is. The hotel is new and facilities are minimun so that it reaches its stars requirement.

The lack of parking or having to use the city parky at 18chf a day, during season it will probably not have enough space

Whilst the hotel met our expectations and the location and bus shuttle was fantastic, what let the hotel down was the service at dinner. My advice would be to ask staff to repeat your order. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant on 3 evenings. The first was great, the second evening we did not get exactly what we ordered, 2 portions of rice instead of fries and on our final evening I did not get my order at all, also our wine did not arrive. No one noticed that my husband and daughter had received their food and I was sat with a place setting but no food. It was impossible to try to get staffs attention. When I finally managed to speak to staff I was told the waitress had ‘forgotten’ to put my order through. Whilst I appreciate mistakes happen, how did no one notice I had no food whilst my family were eating? The manager came over and apologised and a meal arrived long after my family had finished eating, the wine did not appear at all. The restaurant really needs to up its game in terms of service as this is not acceptable and did spoil the last evening of my holiday.

The service at dinner, very slow and no one checked if everything was ok, or asked if you needed anything else.

Nice hotel, superb breakfast.

May be it would have been beneficial to inform us beforehand that people will be naked when using the sauna and other relaxation facilities. It came as a complete shock seeing other residents completely naked in the sauna.
