Just about everything. Location near subway. Very well appointed room. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Excellent bathroom including shower. Spotless linen and towels. Tea and coffee facilities in room. Large flat screen TV. Effective (electric) blockout blinds. Quiet with no traffic or other noise.

Room is tiny with NO space for luggage. We travel light and even so had to put our bags in the wardrobe so we could move. If you have large bulky bags you could not fit in the room. No restaurant but this is trifling as there are countless restaurants nearby. Try Yu Goose Kitchen which is nearly always full. Cheap comfortable and delicious. In Obrien St I think ( the street where the subway is located).

Perfect location! Bus stop from airport is right infront of the property! Easy to go everywhere because tram station and mtr station is really close. The neighborhood is nice, not crowded. Room is small but superb! More than enough. Staff are super friendly and helpfull. Definitely will choose this hotel again on my next trip.

Staff members Mr. Francis, Mr. Cuttino, Ms. Rose, and Ms. Candy were exceptional and made our stay comfortable in Hong Kong as a first timer. The room allocated was on the 8th floor. The hotel location worked out excellently for me and my wife. The WiFi services, coffee/tea provisions, and housekeeping were adequate. Bus A11 from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. For your return journey, you will have to board the bus after two blocks. Thank you for the hospitality.

The bed mattress was slightly off as we had bad backches. Maybe in the future, the hotel will start providing breakfast. The TV should also have additional international channels. Closet space is very minimal - for large families it may be an issue.

Despite being rather small, the room had everything one might need, including a micro kitchenette with an electric kettle and microwave, and a set of dishes. But the bed was pretty narrow (no more than 150 cm, or even less), so I wouldn't recommend it for a family of three, even with a small child, or for a couple who are large in stature. An additional bonus is a 19th floor terrace with a small gym, water refill, tea and coffee, and a set of tables and chairs that allow you to spend time together and eat outside of the small rooms. The location is excellent as well.

Narrow bed

location was excellent, close to Wan Chai MTR and Admiralty MTR. The Airport Bus A11 stops just right in front of the hotel. The sound insulation of the hotel is good, i didnt heard much traffic during the night. Bed is comfy and clean, toilet though small is very clean and water pressure is very good and the hot water is very hot. The counter staffs were nice and friendly and i had a taobao parcel from china send here with no issue at all .

The room seems to be too cold even though we switched off the aircon. The cold probably came in through the facade windows, We stayed the SCHKM 2025 weekend and teh temperature outside was 10-17 degree Celsius, but we can sleep through with blankets the whole night without turning the A/C on

The service of the staff was excellent. I needed access to a freezer to store pumped breastmilk and the staff was happy to help at all hours of the day. The location was also great - walking distance to Admiralty and Central where I had my conferences and meetings. The A11 stops right outside the hotel, and the hotel is also close to the Wan Chai MTR station and to tram stops.

The room is very humid (even more so than in the outdoors) but the hotel provided a dehumidifier. Once I figured out how the dehumudifier worked, I kept it running constantly and the humidity level became much better. Note that you will have to empty the water collection container every few hours. The room is also small but for a person staying alone it was sufficient for my needs.

They were very kind when receiving us and even allowed us to check in early, which they didn’t have to do. We had a long flight with a layover during the day, so this was much appreciated. The room was clean, with good water pressure, excellent air conditioning, and effective shutters that kept the room really dark — perfect for resting. The location was ideal. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, even giving us great recommendations for breakfast spots. Their English was very good as well. Overall, we have nothing bad to say!
