Staff are very responsive and well trained , good attitude, room is quiet new furniture, comfortable mattress , location for me is very good because very close to my parents and relatives house which is perfect for me, internet works well

Quiet noisy from the traffic, there are double glass doors and windows but not the best still hear the traffic all the night , breakfast not the best , coffee very bad , was some maintenance in the room , lock of the balcony not close, leaking water in the bathroom, toilet not flushing, otherwise the stay was very good

Ammar the receptionist helped me a lot in everything. Like talking to Uber's driver to find the right location of the hotel and helping me order food from the app, because I didn’t have a egyptian number. He was very helpful! The hotel is small but well organized, clean and well perfumed.

They could improve the location. Like, having plate in front warning that there's a hotel over there in a building that doesn't seem to have one, hahaha. It would make a lot easier for all of us.

The location is very close to Nile. The staff are so friendly, especially Sara, she is very helpful and she tries her best to make us comfortable. She provides us with a room that has a beautiful view of the Nile.

Great location and friendly staff, Tamer went out of his way to assist us even thiugh our flight got delayed and we arrived late. Not to mention Sarah who was available at all times to assist us even with public transport and to get the cleaners to come as requested.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding, and the receptionist was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The room was comfortable, and while not spotless, it was relatively clean and cozy. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and beautiful. Its location on the main street is great. You can enjoy a view of the Nile. The hotel is on the 6th floor of a plaza.
