The staff was friendly and helpful. I actually booked the wrong Holiday Inn in St Cloud. Didn't know they had two. The staff helped me get it straight. Our room was spacious. I reserved the queen suite. We had a family affair meeting our adult kids and grandchildren age 2, 5, 8. Plenty of room for sleepover with the Grands. The whole complex is spacious. Loved the large hot tubs. Great place for family reunions.

I was not impressed with the buffet breakfast.

This is a very neat, clean hotel. The entire property is well maintained, and our room was immaculate. Breakfast was lovely! The offerings included: regular egg omelettes with cheese, egg white omelettes, sausage links, Turkey sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, milk, pancakes, toast, bagels and muffins. Plus, hot coffee is available 24 hours a day, and it is good coffee!!! Definitely would stay here again!!!

Breakfast was great. The staff kept fresh refills at all times. The food during service did not run out. Pool wasn't too cold and the Hot Tub wasn't too hot, just how I like it. The pool room was kept warm, very nice, and did not run out out pool towels. Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Free parking.

I did not like the fact your website says there isn't an extra charge for pets. When there is in fact a charge. $30 per pet per night. I already had to find a different hotel because of this. Tried staying at the fairfeild because your website says they accept pets and they don't. Booked at holiday Inn express. They accept pets at an additional charge. So instead of paying $100 for the weekend I ended up paying $400 for the weekend. Big difference.

Breakfast was good especially the pancake maker. Nice big suite. But if you're going to have all those cupboards and stove and etc it would be nice to have something to cook with. But we enjoyed our suite!! Nice having two bathrooms.

The room above us was loud. The equipment/weight room needs their equipment repaired. Recommend the cleaning service remembers to clean under furniture.

ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful and adept. Breakfast was fantastic. The lady working breakfast was especially super nice. The room was very comfy.

The shower didn't get very hot. The pool area was full of children playing ball between the hot tub and pool areas and splashing, so rather than yell and ruin the fun of 17 kids, we gave up on pool time. (I don't hold that against the hotel, obviously, but like maybe adult swim time would be cool.)

The front desk staff were very welcoming and answered any questions we had. Room was very clean and well maintained. Common areas were also very well maintained and breakfast was fantastic!

Hot tub was not working but these things can and will happen from time to time.

The breakfast is probably one of the better ones that have had staying in a hotel. Would have been nice to have been able to use the pool and the hot tub there was a baseball team staying there so they overtook both of them

Conveniently located off of the interstate, the beds were reasonably comfortable.

The staff were not the friendliest, not rude or mean at all, just not as friendly as I've come to be accustomed to at other holiday inn express hotels. The room felt somewhat dingy and didn't seem as clean as I would have liked.

Felt sorry for the staff. They were booked solid and turning people away. Very busy and loud. Large group (20 people) hanging out in the breakfast area yelling and laughing and playing games at 10pm. Midnight and people/kids above us were running around the room and jumping continuously. I think they could use more staff at night at this location as busy as it is.
