Breakfast was great. It was nice not to have to find my own food in the morning. The room we had was quiet and in good condition. Despite being off a busy road, I didn't hear any traffic noises at night. The shower was amazing! Wonderful water pressure. Nitish, even though he couldn't solve my computer trouble in the 'business center', was very kind and helpful. Thank you, Nitish!

The pillows and bed were so uncomfortable. I'm too old to sleep with my neck at that angle (ha!) and I felt it for a day or two. The pool is really more oriented for children than adults, and my partner was only able to float instead of really swim.

Loved the breakfast, room, access, amenities. There were very friendly staff on some of the shifts. What we saw of the hotel was very clean. Smart TV was nice because we could then use our own subscriptions to watch our programs.

The only problem we had was with a clerical error that took our reservation that we paid in advance through Booking.com. We had to rebook and repay through Booking.com and then go through the process of contacting Booking.com to get a refund. That took them contacting the hotel. It was a lot of hassle that we feel was strictly because we used Booking.com instead of booking directly through the hotel at a slightly higher price. If we had booked directly through the hotel we could have been refunded on the spot.

Customer service was excellent! This is clearly a family run business and they all work really hard to make our experience a good one. It's not the Ritz - but you're not paying for the Ritz. Their kindness overrides anything negative about this being an older building.

The pool area was not welcoming.

Great location; close to my favorite shopping spots plus a few new ones that proved to keep my day fun. Close to great eateries too.

Some of the facilities are showing wear and tear; older carpet in areas, mop boards...carpet loose...dirty corners, elevator needs an update. Bathtub caulking needs attention.

Breakfast was good. Location was good as it's close to restaurants and shopping.

I think the room was what caused my eyes to get red and sore, and I think most likely the carpeting? Or the air vents or something possibly because I turned on the fan to cool off and for white noise.

The breakfast was excellent! Great variety, hot, fresh and well stocked! Area was clean and had plenty of seating. Coffee was fresh and hot!

Shower curtain was short side to side. No matter how you positioned it, water on the floor.

Convenient location to stay.

The craftsmanship of some of the improvements to the room was subpar. However, the room was clean & comfortable.

Comfortable bed, and great price. Plus the hot tub was a much needed venture for myself

I have no complaints. Everything was above and beyond my expectations.

The staff was of great help. There was an issue with our room; they were short-staffed. They took care of it quickly, calmly and without any snark. We also had to leave before breakfast was served in the morning and they let us grab some yogurt, fruit, etc early so we could get were we needed to get to on time.
