Absolutely love this hotel! We were supposed to stay at a different one but it was horrible so we switched to here. We came for our son's birthday & it was amazing! The hotel staff were excellent in making us feel welcome & answering questions. We were a last minute booking & they put us close to the pool for convenience! Breakfast was great & everything was clean & spacious. Definitely will go again!

It was very clean and well managed. Very easy to get to and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Had a very nice pool and workout area and the breakfast was good. I also appreciated the chocolate chip cookies (so did my 18mo baby!). Property also has thick walls and you can’t hear too much in the hallways.

We enjoyed our stay once we got there. We saw M. Gardens and ate the Old Brick House, an Irish Pub/ restaurant. Both on the east side o f town.

We thought we had booked the west side of town. Since we were eating at the restaurant, Granite City with friends, but we were surprised when it turned out to be the east side of town. The traffic and construction was terrible trying to navigate being unfamiliar with the city.

My husband and I stayed here since it was the closest hotel to Foley. We were attending a visitation and funeral in Foley. I added a comment to my reservation asking for a quiet room AND that request was granted. As an added plus, when we arrived we were greeted by a pleasant, friendly check-in clerk (and I should mention the cookies were quite an unexpected treat).

The room was nice and clean. The staff were great. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. We needed a nice place to stay overnight during a road trip and we were happy with out choice.

It was a little dated, but everything was there and functioned properly.

Despite difficult circumstance, Tammy and Micheal performed in professional and polite calm manner. The power was out upon arrival and I have special needs. They arranged for my needs to be met and "praise God" the power was restored. They deserve a special mention as there were many others who were attempting to check in and experiencing the same delay.

Excellent check-in clerk. Super friendly. Great rooms, good breakfast and nice warm pool and spa.

Check out lady was not super friendly. She wouldn't turn on the fireplace for us in the lobby.

This hotel is newly remodeled and feels very up to date with nice rooms.

The only drawback was the train track near the hotel. If you are a light sleeper you will hear train whistles during the night.

First floor room that I had ask for and received.

More options on the breakfast. Maybe a few more options other that biscuits and sausage gravy. But what was available worked.

1. Hdmi ports for the kids to play video games 2. Complementary water bottles, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and individually wrapped chocolate chip cookies 3. Safe, well lit parking 4. Pool and jacuzzi 5. My son liked the gym 6. Nice breakfast with friendly attendant

1. Kids complained about wifi. It disconnected often. 2. Our room was humid. The bathroom fan could be better.
