Everything! It was clean and well decorated. The little touches were an absolute delight, the lamp with the low glow in the room, the nightlight built into the bathroom,and the fact that everything was better than stated. Staff was really nice and fast.

We were expecting a bit more for the breakfast because of previous reviews, but still a decent spread. My husband had a very bad allergic reaction to the sheets! But that is not a fault of the facility, just something that wasn't good.

Great location, close to the mall and local attractions. Easy skywalk to the mall of America if you want to go over. Great one bedroom suite. Was very nice when I wanted to rest and my husband wanted to work in the living area. Very clean.

It wasn't the hotel's fault, but the restaurant attached, TGI Fridays, was easily the worst restaurant I've ever been to. It would probably help the hotel to have either a better run restaurant, or not be associated with it.

Good Breakfast included, friendly staff, free parking infront of property. We did not use the fitness/ or pool but I did note the pool is acessable for all types of mobility issues. Quiet. We stay here because it's close to St. Johns College.

The facility is starting to show wear, especially the bathrooms. But, really, didn't impact the quality of our stay.

Check in didn’t go well. The clerk couldn’t find our confirmation number. Tried to give us our room for two hundred dollars more. Finally got it all sorted out. Rest of the trip went great. Rest of the staff were exceptional. Might want to call ahead and check to see if they have your reservation before you leave. I haven’t done that for awhile now, but might start to do that again.

The policy of checking and cleaning rooms every three days is a bit of a problem. I stayed 3 nights and needed more shampoo and coffee. If you are not planning to come into the rooms, more towels, shampo, conditioner, and coffee should be supplied in the room. I should not have to ask for items that are part of my room experience for each of the three nights.

Staff was helpful. Our room smelled like stale smoke and the front desk lady actually came to our room to spray air freshener which helped. And she did so with a smile. The facilities and comfort were what you expect out of a Country Inn

Very expensive for a 2-3 star hotel. However, that seems to be the going rate in the area. If you want clean, you will have to pay.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was exactly what I was looking. There was nothing fancy about it, but it had everything I needed for the night.

The breakfast was a little blah and I had to wait to check in a few minutes without a way to let anyone know I was there.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good and had some variety each day. The rooms were clean and generally comfortable. The location is excellent, both for city and highway access.

The only real issue we had was the lack of a working guide on the TV. Nothing major.

Great facility. We stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday. I really liked the locked entrance when we arrived late, that made me feel safe. Gentlemen behind the desk was very friendly. Hotel and room were very nice. Room was huge, bed was comfortable.

Only complaints were the pillows were a bit too soft. Could have used another pillow, or some that were a bit more firm, but not a huge deal. The only odd thing was when you flushed the toilet it made a loud "clank". Sounded like something in the tank itself was off. It functioned fine, the noise was just an issue if you used the bathroom while the other was sleeping. Overall I would stay here again for sure. I was very happy with it.
