Steve in Housekeeping was spectacular, and he assisted with with a complex issue. All the staff were friendly, competent and helpful. Location was great. Liked the endless supply of clean towels, spacious free parking lot, nearby gas station, and restaurants. Motel traits were comparable to other similarly priced motels, and food was fine. I was very very pleased to have Handicapped accommodations in the bathroom.

Websites stated that a washing machine / dryer was on the property. It was not, and that was very frustrating. Monica W. recommended public washing machine location and I went there.

The breakfast was lovely. I would've enjoyed a gluten free pastry or bread option, but my family thoroughly enjoyed breakfast every day of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and got us everything we needed.

The king suite took awhile for the living room area to cool down. That was really the only downside to the room

Everything was fantastic. It was quiet and the room was beautiful. It actually made me want to move to Sartell! The staff was also the friendliest I've ever encountered. We are making it a regular monthly stay now.

I couldn't really say there was nothing I didn't like. Our room was amazing, the people were amazing, and the location is perfect. The only down was the ceiling looked like it needed to be cleaned or something but that wasn't even bad. Absolutely excellent place.

Check In Process was quick and staff was super friendly. She answered any questions I had and just made me feel welcome! Suite was exceptional and worth every penny. I enjoyed the separation of the living room and common areas and the bedroom. Loved how there was 2 TVs and not just one so you can have your door closed in bed and watching TV as well! Breakfast was YUMMY. Pool area was huge and the hot tub was so relaxing. S/O to Jessica for the great customer service and just being YOU :) Would definitely recommend to others and will be coming back.

Wished there was a closer gas station open 24 hours -_-

The stay was overall good. There was 1 problem that the hot tub in the pool area had no where to turn the jets on which was very disappointing and only 1 person working the front desk so I couldn’t even go ask her about it because she was busy.

Very quiet, clean.

Ran out of eggs and it was quite a wait for them to be replenished. Desk clerk seemed to be preoccupied with other things and didn't have time to monitor breakfast items.

The room was comfortable, beds good, bedding good, quiet even with a full hotel. Staff were lovely

Food quality could be better, the hot tub needs to be redone, missing tiles, weak jets, grungy looking.

It was close to where we were having an event.

It was clean for the most part. They need air filters in the bathrooms.

Location was close to family destination, restaurants, entertainment, etc. Pleasant lobby and breakfast area.

Pool could have been cleaned. There seemed to be a lot of long hair in the pool.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.

There were a tremendous amount of children in the indoor pool running and screaming.
