The maids where always ready to help with our room and always helpful. Front desk amazing helpful and easy to get along with and went beyond our expectations for this we are greatful for them as well as they treated my pets as if they were their own that is a plus for my dogs are like my kids I treat them as they are and so did everyone at the motel thanks again for the great service.

Nothing to worry about they treat you like family

The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and clean.

The property needs major upgrade. There were cigarette holes in the carpet, cracks in the bathtub, furniture needs to be upgraded, and front desk area is run down. We needed to change rooms because the tv didn't work and there was no remote. When I told the front desk she appeared put out that we had a problem.

The place was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and it was a very good value. It was not a 4 star hotel, but it was not billed as such and it was exactly what I expected. I would stay there again, and will recommend to others.

I could find no fault with the facilities, the staff, or the location. I was perfectly satisfied with my stay.

Easy check in, lots of parking available, lights out in the parking lot, very close to a gas station, and great location for a roadtrip out east. Room was everything we needed and was freshly cleaned.

Breakfast was too late in the morning for us to try. As far as anything else we didn't like it was all typical for motels in that price range so we knew what to expect and wasn't a major issue for us.

The room was OK and clean. Breakfast was good but it could of had more seating options. For the price it is what I expected.

Breakfast room needs to be lager and with more tables. The items for breakfast needed to be kept resupplied as some things were low or out.

The staff was great. Went out of their way to help me and look after me. Just needed some additional vacuuming and sheet changing(night shift) I was asleep during their normal cleaning hours, which is OK. They would leave me towels and etc by my door. The housekeeping staff did Keep an eye on me to make sure that I was OK.

Easy parking. Small and easy to navigate the property. Rooms clean and very comfortable beds. Met our needs for comfortable basic clean and comfortable lodging

Hallway carpet in need of updating

Staff are nice and courteous. Room size is great as I was given room with disability access. Bed is comfortable enough for me and I was glad that I was given the ground floor room as I have requested when I booked it.

Although it sounds like I am asking too much from a cheap hotel, the room in general smells damp but no cigarette smell. Also the bed curtains seemed to have not been washed or replaced in a long time as it looks not only dirty but really muddy.

The woman who was working the front desk when we checked in, I did not get her name but it started with an o, was fabulous! Fabulous! She was so nice and so friendly and very helpful to me and everyone else that was checking in at the same time

The neighborhood was a little iffy

I liked the breakfast. Just only wish there was something of protein like hard boiled eggs. It was only carbs. The location was wonderful. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and courteous. Five star service.

I didn’t like the smell of someone smoking pot in the hallway. I know you have smoking rooms but the smell of pot is very nauseating to both of us. But our room didn’t smell at all. Perhaps someone who had just come from their car smoking pot and just walked through the hall by our room. And that awful smell can adhere to clothes. That would be out of your control.
