Was in Clearwater for a grandson 's Open house. We came in from Michigan,an 12 hour drive. The gentleman that checked us in very friendly. Asked for more towels because there were 3 of us and only 2 towels. Be got them right away and was sorry about not enough in the room.

Outside of the building is not very attractive but the room was great. Looked very newly done

Very inexpensive, no drama, pool, Internet, vending machines, handicap parking, able to plug in CPAP, Cell phone, and lap top. comfortable bed, good sleep, many restaurant and delivery options, for young people with a limited budget, this could be a romantic get away. bathroom very clean

Nicely close to the road, we had sight on our car from the room. Pool is simple and nice. Checkin and checkout without trouble.

The hotel side door was unlocked so anyone could enter the building even without keycard.

Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very clean, which you don't typically see in hotels, nice quiet hotel. Would stay here again.

No coffee pot in the room but they do have coffee down in the lobby.

We had been using this hotel for our TO and FROM Canada trips since 2015 but hadn't been taking the trips due to COVID in 2020 and 2021. It was cheap and the only reasonable hotel in the area. We really only stop over night there for the Nelson Brothers Truck Plaza food across the street. However, this year was a pleasant surprise. It is hard to describe all the changes for the better since we last visited. Complete and fashionable renovation! Staff was always nice, but the staff and new management are exceptional. Gone is the leftover stale smokers smell. Rooms are beautiful and well appointed. To me, the quality is worth the increased price.

Looks like there might have been a little mold on very bottom of shower curtain. We sprayed it with Lysol we carry now due to COVID. Might want to check that. Room 314.

The rooms were nice and modern and the beds were very comfortable! I liked that the hotel is right across from the Truck stop/restaurant!

I wish there was a contential breakfast for me and my kids.

There is no breakfast which seems pretty rare these days. The shower pressure was very bad. It would be nice to have a shower mat as the tub is very slick. Both of us came close to falling in the tub/shower.

Clean modern and comfortable. The flinstone bar right next door was very handy!

A grab bar to get in and out of shower would be a great safety factor for the motel and the traveler! Air conditioner very noisy.
