The bed, pillows and the shower were top notch!

Cigarette butts all over the grounds. Took my pup potty and cleaned up after him, but was thinking about all the butts all over. I can clean up poo, but people can’t make sure they put their nasty cig butts where they belong. Not blaming the hotel staff by any means!

Great location in downtown St Cloud. Okay pool--no slides or water playground, but good sized. Having the Green Mill attached was great. We booked a king room, but after asking to be put closer to family who was also staying there, I think we were upgraded free to a king suite--the room was twice the size of our familys' rooms!

Thomas was very helpful and fixed our reservation for us. All the staff were friendly. The hotel was very clean.

The bathroom was tiny, wish the pool was open later we were there with a group that all got poolside rooms to hang out but had to leave at 10. The restaurant was understaffed but the server did a great job with our groups to go orders.

I really the entire experience

It's been 3 days and still haven't received my $250 deposit back into my account. My partner and I left the room clean, and didn't damage anything. We actually helped out the house keepers before they arrived by cleaning up our garbage and organizing the towels and sheets so there job is a little easier.

The pool was a little cool but the hot tub was warm. A barking dog was left in the room next door, after 2 hrs of listening to it, we called the Front Desk and they notified the owner who was relaxing at the pool 10 feet away.

It was fine but the weekend rate was a lot more which is very annoying.

I appreciated the cleanliness, location, ease of parking, and amenities including the pool/whirlpool, a.m. coffee in the lobby, in-room microwave/fridge, and on-site Green Mill restaurant.

The shampoo/conditioner bottles were almost impossible to dispense from. I asked for a wake-up call but it didn't happen. I didn't realize I could get a grab-n-go breakfast, and wish its availability would have been made clearer.

The room was beautiful. The shower was absolutely awesome. Staff was very friendly. Wait staff was exceptional

We didn't arrive until nearly 5pm and our room was not ready. We waited at the bar for over an hour waiting for a call letting us know that it was ready before we finally went back to the front desk to ask. If the bar tender handset hadn't been so friendly, cute and accommodating. We would have been seriously disappointed

room 252 handicapped not so not enough room to transfer from scooter to toilet. shower chair was a standalone and didn't look safe to try it. room was tight for equipment.

It had a relaxed and homey vibe. The jacuzzi tub in the room was lovely. The bathroom was large and clean. The king bed was huge and comfortable.

I would have appreciated a continental breakfast. Behind the bed and night stand needed to be cleaned.

The staff was very friendly during check in but not anything out of the usual for a decent custom service..

When I checked in they asked if I had a car, which a did, and they then told me there have been tons of thefts and to lock out cars.. they have a designated hotel parking area so I find it a disservice that they know they have a theft problem and rather than hiring security they just tell everyone as they check in so they are no longer responsible should it occur on their property. We spoke to others at the bar and they said they were told the same thing and find it very sketchy.. while checking out we over heard that someone’s car was instead broken into and she has secured her car.
