We arrived on Christmas Eve and everything in the surroundings was closed. The owners welcomed us and shared their dinner with us. They were incredibly nice. The room was beautifully decorated and large, the heating was working well. The gardens are beautiful, with all sorts of citrus trees. You can see the Vesuvius on one side and the bay on the other. Breakfast was very good and served in a large living room. We visited in winter but it would be nice all year round.

The immediate surroundings are not particularly nice, you can't really take a walk to anywhere, but the location is very good, easy access to Naples, Pompei and the coast.

We stayed for 7 nights and the experience was amazing. Beautiful yard and room, luxury decorations, fantastic breakfast. Staff are all so kind and willing to help. Went to several of the nearby restaurants recommended and all were good! Structure in between Pompeii and Ercolano ruins, with close touch to Vesuvio, Capri is just across the sea, 23 mins to Napoli airport. Perfect location and perfect stay. Thank you ver much Antonio and Pasquale for your host. Looking forward to go back! Highly recommended!!

The surrounding is normal suburb area, so also be prepared for the narrow roads and careless drivers. But once you are used to, they can be sources of fun as well!

Beautiful stay here, hard to sum up in a small paragraph. Made my daughter’s first time in Italy one to remember forever, sets a very high bar and if we was to come back to Naples, we’d 100% stay here and recommend to family and friends. The rooms are incredible and breakfast on the terrace a treat. More importantly you are welcomed warmly by Antonio and Pasquale, who both during our stay couldn’t have done more for us - a pleasure to meet them and stay at this lovely Villa. Five stars!

Beautiful villa with unique rooms and a gorgeous terrace view of the coast and city. The rooms are comfortable but the staff is what makes this the most excellent experience. We loved this location because it was equal distance between Ercolano (Herculaneum) and Pompeii. Train station is a 15 minute walk away. The breakfast in the morning is a must-have. And the property managers are extremely helpful in arranging taxis and recommendations for things around the town. Getting to know the history of the house and property was charming, and the bathrooms and room are clean, spacious, and beautiful. It's a unique boutique villa bed and breakfast that won't disappoint! Be sure to take a stroll around the grounds, when the citrus trees are blooming like they were during our time there, the smells are incredible!

The villa is uniquely in a quieter part of town but this means nearest stores are a 10 minute walk down the hill (which means walking back up again) but the staff is very accommodating - just plan ahead with buying any bottle water you need when you're out and about on your trips/excursions and you'll be fine

Antonio gives a warm welcome and is a perfect host, always available and helpful to offer delightful restaurants, places to visit, even how to park. The villa is beautiful and unique with front views of the sea and Capri and back views of Vesuvius. The lovely rooms are tastefully decorated with antiques and wonderful tiles. The gardens cover a large area and have citrus trees. The breakfast is bountiful, elegantly served and delicious with sweets and savories. The room was very clean, a super comfortable bed, and the very nice maid came every day.

A wonderful address, ideally located between Naples and the Amalfi Coast. The villa is stylishly decorated and the rooms are very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent, fresh and very rich. It is served on the terrace overlooking the sea and Vesuvius. Antonio is a fantastic host, full of knowledge about the area. We had a delicious meal in the area on his recommendation. Our visit to Naples went smoothly with all the tips we received from the host. Value for money, this is a winner! It is best to have a car if you are staying here.

We were pleasantly surprised by Villa de Cillis Carafa. The location: close to Naples, Herculaneum, the Vesuvio and the sea made it the perfect place to stay. The Villa in itself was absolutely stunning. The gardens were very peaceful and the bedroom had a lovely view of the Vesuvio. It was very big and easily accommodated our family of four. The breakfast, on the rooftop, was incredible. Our hosts were extremely friendly and gave us a ton of useful tips to make our stay even better. I would definitely.recommend a stay at the Villa with my eyes closed.

The villa is unique and beautiful and is situated with a view of the sea and Vesuvius. The host Antonio and his mother were so nice and very focused on their guests and their satisfaction. The room was beautiful, very large and the AC was great during our 95 degree stay. Breakfast is delicious and very full and served on the terrace with an a wonderful view. Handmade crepes one day, lemon cream croissants another along with fruit, cheeses, meats, eggs, etc. They have an amazing vision for the future of the villa. Ask Antonio anything about the area. The entire villa is enclosed and very secure. Parking is secured in the villa compound in a large area. Also everything you want to see in the area is very close. Pompei, Ercolano ruins, royal palace Caserta, Vesuvius cone, downtown Naples was even very easy to drive to.

Follow the directions Antonio provides in the Booking.com communications or via WhatsApp to avoid a very narrow road that we took the fist time because I did not look at his proactive communication.

Absolutely stunning Italian villa in the countryside very close to Pompeii and Mt. Vesuvius with gorgeous views of the bay. This is an historical estate that the owners have meticulously upgraded with very modern bath / shower facilities and brand-new beds. The owners have created beautiful themed rooms throughout the villa, and their breakfast is delicious (eggs from their own chickens no less)! The owners are extremely helpful and communicative and went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. They made our stay an absolute pleasure. I cannot recommend this villa and these owners highly enough - I would give them 20 stars if I could.

I liked everything!

Everything was wonderful!! Antonio was super sweet and very helpful. Not only was the room cozy and decorated beautifully, Antonio got us a bottle of local white wine to drink as we sat under the twinkly lights and enjoyed the cool summer air. Highly recommend this place!!

I wish the location was a little closer walking distance to down town but that is not the property’s fault. If you have a car or scooter you’ll be just fine.
