The hotel has comfortable rooms. Staff are polite and helpful. We had food at their restaurant (Soul), and the taste of the food was soulful…we enjoyed the hand tossed pizza and the Grilled Cajun Fish on one day and on another we decided to try out their Bengali Fish curry with Roti and I’ve got to admit that though the stomach was full I wanted to have more. The staff are super helpful, got to call out Rimon and Chandan and their duty Manager. They have a small pool which is ideal for a dip and relaxation. Loved the hotel!

It is far from Airport in case you are traveling into Bangalore, but if you have work in Electronic city then this place is ideal.

Nice location in Electronic City and easy to get around. Very friendly staff and always paying attention to the needs whether its room service, food or other requests like extra coffee packets/water or room cleaning etc,. The roof top/bar restaurant was amazing - good food and drinks. Breakfast at Restaurant in ground floor, lot of good choices in buffet. Zimik and Nitish were checking to see if everything going well during stay. Santosh, Wasi and the lady at front desk were very helpful with questions. Central A/C failed in the middle of one night and they helped guests to move to another location for the night and brought everyone back next day AM. A/C was fixed the next day.

The gym was not fully functional , but plenty of walking possible outside the hotel with nice pavement . Id wear a mask as air quality outside can be bad.

This is a good mid-market hotel which caters for the mid-market traveller. It is well suited for business travel, being situated in the heart of Electronic City, Bengaluru. For the leisure travellers it offers comfortable accommodation and a good standard of facilities and has good links to the rest of the city. Uber drivers are abundant in this area. Food: the hotel offers a couple of dining options: breakfast buffet, restaurant dining and a roof terrace with an urban music theme. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. .. they are helpful, polite, accommodating and resourceful - a real credit to the hotel

Suggestion: The lounge bar (which is currently not used) could be used as a cafe/meeting place, though the WiFi in the public areas would need to be boosted.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the staff at the hotel. I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional service and genuine warmth during my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with smiles and a genuine eagerness to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.They were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate any requests I had throughout my stay. Despite being centrally located, the hotel managed to create a calm environment from the hustle and bustle. lush gardens. It's a really comfortable and peaceful place to have a stay. I have been here a couple of times and I have always slept like a dream. Only once there was an issue with the AC in my room and post raising a complaint they upgraded my room for free.

Great location, great staff. expecially Mr Dinesh is Most friendly and helpful from front desk and is staff ever, It was clean, stylish, rooms are good with excellent service, we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was good Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Tanks to tye entire team

Nothing to dislikes.

Everything is fine and food was too good and amaze. Naresh was very helpful whenever we need any assistance and promptly replied each time. Nxt tine will vusit as soon as for business trip. Thank you for Naresh and team. We from UAE will visit nxt jan i think.
