The hosts were the most genuine and caring couple. They made sure our stay was perfect. The location was only a few minutes walk away from the main ski lifts, and restaurants and bars a few minutes away as well. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

Martina and Christian are very nice hosts. It was a pleasure to meet them every day - always with a smile and ready to help. Our double room was comfortable and spacious - the sitting area with a table made spending time inside after skiing much more pleasant. Everything was spotless clean and worked properly (water, heating, etc). The location is great too - only a few minutes walk to the lifts and still quite at night.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available (oven, microwave, dishwasher,...). The owners were very friendly and we loved the breakfast service of fresh bread every morning. It is not far from the ski-lift but still far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle of the village. Perfect! We definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location for those who wish a quiet stay, while staying close to the ski resort. Martina and Christian are easy talking and warm welcoming - perfect hosts !

Chris and Tina are wonderful hosts and help in any way to make your stay pleasurable. The hotel is 3-5 minutes walk from Pardatz....lift....about 7 minutes from the beginning of the Main Street....Very clean and pleasant and parking for cars.

I would like to have a Pot with Tea/Coffe/sugar in the room as I like to drink tea/coffe after ski slopes. But we asked Chris and he was helpful to make a thermos daily.

Marien and Christian were such great hosts. Always greeting us when we came in and asking how our day went. They also gave us some good advice and weather reports on the skiing situation. The breakfast was fabulous. Set us up just right for the day

Breakfast was good , typical Austrian fare , plenty of breDS , juices etc.. Room was spacious with a great view over the town & mountain . Quiet and close to the Lift , about 5/10 mins walk to the lift and the town. Hosts very friendly and helpful.
