It was close to the airport and had a courtesy airport shuttle. The property was clean and very well lit inside and out. It also had a complementary breakfast with a variety of items. There was a good size refrigerator and a microwave in the room and complimentary water available in the lobby. The staff was helpful and it was only a 10 minute ride to downtown Wichita. The best part was that the price was extremely good!!

There were a few holes in the bedspread but I honestly didn’t mind because the room was clean and the price was so low.

I had to miss two hours of work because the deposit was not in my budget and i had to spend time figuring how to come up with the new deposit to continue my stay . Instead of going to work and making money.Must unenjoyable

New decor was locally inspired- new-looking. Beds were impeccably made. Great attention to detail...The cable tv was pretty easy to figure out.

Upon arrival, I learned there was a 50.00 deposit and she took a scan of my DL, PER their Policy. I did find an email notifying me, when I checked it,as I had booked thru a 3rd party system. It was Auto-Sent- practically immediately- at res. time. When I asked about the scan, she kindly answered my questioning of.. The floor could have used a wet-mop. And I wished COX Cable had a Christian channel in its line- up(, as it was Sunday, but that not being the hotel's fault.)

Check out , man behind counter was short with me , I just wanted to know how long it would take to get my refund of $50 4-7 days very short , when I mentioned that I wasn’t aware of the $50 deposit was in case of damage to the room he stated back It was in big letters , I had miss read it, I wasn’t rude I had simply made a statement and it was like he took an offense. To me saying that , other than that the stay was good the young man at check in was very friendly and answered my questions the best he could

I stayed a few times in different rooms.. on my second trip we were in room 124 and it was great! The shower has a rain effect with multiple settings and the shampoo/wash are mounted inside with large bottles. I looked up the company because it smelled so good! Terra Green 💚, kinda natural soft smell with white tea and echinacea, really nice, 2 queen beds and comfortable. We had a microwave and mini fridge, nice sink area with plenty of lighting. The tv is a 50" mounted on the wall. All the rooms have COX contour with voice activation and internet for YouTube. Breakfast has a auto pancake maker, biscuits and sausage, Activa yogurt, bagels, cream cheese and a cute little coffee maker for cappuccino, latte, espresso or coffee and juice machine. The owner is really nice and definitely takes care of the place. The lady who works swing shift is so great! Check-in was so easy!!! $50 deposit and yes you can pay with cash!!! They give you a slip to collect on your departure. Housekeeping is friendly and smiles.. price wise.. 💯. Don't judge a book by the cover.. it looks older but totally worth it!!!

Someone set the clock an hr back in room so I went to breakfast at 815 it really was 915 no breakfast Very disappointed main reason for stay besides that everything else is ok

Explained above all else great lady at desk was fantastic I travel for work usually don't check in till late now forcing me to get up at 6 am to eat when most of my hotels breakfast is till 10 I travel 18,000 miles a year that's a lot of missed breakfasts if I choose to use your hotels

The property was clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the tv in our room and were immediately moved to another room without problems. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help out or accommodate as needed. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast.

Room was great, bed was good.. breakfast was not bad... there was no bathtub stopper, but the Lil ice bag worked as a stopper..

Cigarette burns in the sheets, didn't effect me any. But didn't want to get charged for it..( took pics) and the bathtub stopper didn't work, but the ice bag did the job

Hot shower, cold a/c, clean, bed comfortable. My husband got his best nights sleep in awhile.

Looks like old building. Couple of rust spots in tub but it was clean so really no problem. Would stay again.

The room's were pretty clean. The breakfast was good. Staff was pretty friendly as well.

That I did not receive my whole $50 refundable deposit. I only received $25 back and there was no smoking in the room at all and no damage. We even picked up after ourselves to make it easier for the staff.
