The location and the the pool/hot tub. The staff was very kind and the place was clean.

Payed in cash and they double charged to my card that was used to hold the booking. When trying to get ahold of them from my number I was unable to until I spoofed a number with the same area code as them. They then picked up immediately but the gentleman on the phone was nice and accommodating and fixed the mistaken charge to my card. The rooms also feel very outdated but that’s just my personal opinion, they were still fine

Very clean! Excellent location! The view from our room was amazing! All staff were encountered was very nice and informative about the area. I left something behind and they are sending it back when I send a self addressed envelope! Would stay again!

The hot tub, all the time we tried to go in was actually not even warm, even if we turned on the bubbles. And both nights we tried to go it was full with no extra tables or anything for more guests. Only two tables. It was clean, and I did enjoy the pool and the bathrooms to change in tho.

the breakfast at the restaurant next door was good I like the location and the staff was nice. stayed here last year and we liked it private beach is nice free shuttle to the casino

need blackout curtains room was too light in the early morning should have had coupons for the casino and restaurant next day for two days, not one,since we were staying two nights

The place was clean and well-kept, with a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. The staff were warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere from the start. Located in a safe and quiet area, it felt secure and relaxing throughout my stay.

The staff was very accommodating for our late arrival and we decided to stay another night! The private beach is peaceful at the Gray Wolf Lodge and the beaches on the way to Gladstone were abound with beach glass! We will definitely be back. 🙂

Everything needed was conveniently located near the property. Pool and hot tub area was always clean and functional. Front desk staff was extremely kind.

The plugs behind the bedside table should be replaced. The terminals were extremely loose and barely held our plugs.

Location, sea views, balcony, and private beach.

Beds were ROCK HARD. pillows flat, only two stories but no elevator so u have to carry luggage up. Pool is not accessible from inside lodge. Fine for summer but weird for winter.

Didn’t eat. Roomy, hot tub easy to get in and out of, bed comfortable.

All the plugs by the bed were used so had to unplug something to plug in my CPAP.

The hotel was everything you would expect for the price you pay fortunately I was very pleased and it will return again:-)

There was a few small things I wasn't too pleased of but nevertheless it didn't ruin my experience I had a wonderful time thank you again

The room was clean, the view of Lake Michigan was wonderful from our second story room, and how nice it was, that the Lodge had its own private beach with a picnic table and a fire pit! We didn't use the indoor swimming pool but other guests we spoke to said it was nice.

The pillows were too firm, however, we had 2 queen beds and tried the pillows from the other bed and they were just right for us. The shower head was rather low which was okay for me but my 6' tall husband couldn't get under it without bending down. That being said, the water pressure was very good in the shower so no real complaints.
