The staff was super friendly and exceeded our expectations. They had a very hospitable atmosphere with hot drinks and popcorn available during different times of the day. The location was great for having our pets and we could just cross the street and enjoy the boardwalk along the lake to get some exercise.

The location of our room was easily accessible and convenient to take the dogs our for walks but was located just above the lobby/check in area so you could hear people coming and going which excited the dogs. Other than that, no complaints.

Affordable rates, awesome breakfast, clean and spacious rooms, great location. The staff was very friendly. 24 hrs coffee/tea/water was awesome!

The breakfast times could be stretched a little. 6 - 9 am is too short of a time for a lot of guests, I imagine. It worked out for us though. Also, better options for coffee creamers would be appreciated. Lemon infued water is great, but some guests would appreciate just normal cold water. Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.

They helped me out because my foot was swollen up and gave me a downstairs room. They were very friendly and the curtains kept the room dark to sleep in if you want. Had laundry machines, ice machines - fresh water by the door, half the time was lemon infused. The location was great, within an hour of Munising, Newberry and about an hour and 25 mins from Marquette. Only 15 miles from Lake Kitch-iti-Kipp. All around great stay!

Debbie and her crew went above and beyond our expectation. It is no wonder they were recently awarded Quality Inn's Platinum Status! Job well done and they deserved it. We have be world travelers for well over a decade. It is truly nice to see there are people with enthusiasm for their jobs. Her whole crew exhibited this desire to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. Can't say enough.

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; location, breakfast, comfort of beds, space in room

The room air-conditioner couldn't keep the humidity down. Items in suitcase and closet were a little damp. However, the air in the hall and reception area was completely different-dry and cool.

This hotel is wonderful! It‘s incredibly clean and every effort has been made to make the room flow. Friendly, attentive staff and amazingly clean common areas and front desk. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was quiet! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and in a safe location. There was popcorn and lemon water in the lobby area in the evening, and coffee/tea available 24 hours. It was close to a Big Boy Restaurant that had a good hot and cold buffet. There was a "Big Boy" moose outside the restaurant, dressed in red and white checked overalls, just like the Big Boy himself. Very cute! Also, the hotel was located near the Manistique Boardwalk area, which was easy to walk after a long day on the road.

Breakfast was acceptable, but was lacking variety...a little disappointing...

Lovely staff and big, comfortable rooms. The hotel is a bit dated but perfectly clean and acceptable for the price. The location is ok for the town, which isn't up to much in reality. If you need to stop off in Manistique, then this is a good choice. If you don't and have the time to go further around the lake, my advice would be to keep travelling to the next big town in either direction.

We were there for a memorial/burial of three members of my family, we are from South Carolina, but Manistique was always 'home'. The staff were excellent, from the check in to the maids. It took several phone calls to arrange this family get together and we had many questions/ requests and not once did the desk staff be anything but friendly, sympathetic and quick to help us. Thank you so very much for care that they provided.

It's a solid no frills place to stay. We did like that breakfast was included.

Exhaust fan in the bathroom was Very Loud. Wish there was more fruit and plain yogurt at breakfast. Hotel is a bit dated.
