Clean, easy to get to.

The only thing I didn’t like was on Monday morning check (May 6th) the lady at desk (she said she was a manager)was outside talking to relatives or friends. I waited about 5 minutes and then went out side and said excuse me to check out do we just leave the key card on counter to checkout. She said oh no and then came back in and checked me out. I did ask her if she was ok (because she was sighing a lot) she said yes she was just tired because she was having to train an over night person and didn’t get enough sleep. But my point is more she should have been inside instead of outside visiting.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful the choices for breakfast were good ran a little short sunday morning but there were other things to eat should not go hungry beds were little hard for my liking but still got a decent night sleep will be back

I guess they only have one luggage cart and it came up missing would have be nice to have but they tried their best to accommodate the beds are a little hard for me but it was a fair night sleep.

Perfect experience! Staff was friendly, check in was easy, room was cool and dark. We were driving cross country so it wasn't a long stay. However, I really wanted to swim & there were 4 or 5 other hotels, WHO HAD POOLS LISTED AS AVAILABLE IN THEIR AMMENITIES, but their pools were closed. Booking.com seems to be letting just anybody list property on here and not holding anyone accountable for their false claims. I have had several negative experiences with them on this trip. Just before this hotel, booked at hotel 6 whom had said they had a pool available. They not only did not have a pool available, they did not even have a room available for me due to the fact that none of them were cleaned. What is the problem with listing your property accurately & if you have no rooms don't list it. I was already strapped for cash on this ride & they tide up $140 for over a week. So, my hats off to Best Western in Muskogee. The stay was excellent & I appreciate that much more than you know. The hot tub was amazing, too.

I have absolutely no complaints about this stay. The only thing close to negative is I wish you'd serve breakfast later. thanks!

The breakfast was really good with a great variety of choices for our whole group. There was definitely something that each person would eat.

The TV only had three channels when it should have had all the cable channels. We could not get this figured out or fixed. The only other thing we did not like was really minor. Our group did not enjoy the pillows on the bed. We felt they were small and a bit uncomfortable.

The staff upon arrival acted towards me a lil put offish in a way. I wasnt' totally put together upon walking in there and i kinda looked a lil homeless but i was still there to check in i was just having a bad day they shouldnt judge people till they know

other than the staff incident upon arrival i had no other issues with this property

We slept in so we didn't try the breakfast. We swam in the pool a few times, and had a blast. It was a very nice stay. The staff was great!

The only thing that could've made it better would have been maybe the curtains being cleaned. And having a cup to make coffee. I'm sure if I would've asked for a cup, they would've gladly brought one. The staff were amazing while we were there!

The breakfast is a bonus! It's not the "donuts/bagels". It was a full on breakfast and even the waffles and pancakes, yes both, had three choices of fruit toppings! We will stay here again.

I was at the facility Thursday-Sunday. Friday my room was not cleaned. Trash had been emptied. My bed only had the covers partially thrown back and there were no towels in the restroom, only the used ones were left .

Breakfast was good. Rosa was wonderful and did a great job. Lot of variety . Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hope Rosa is treated well and gets regular time off. She is a great employee. All staff were great .

Our room was clean, but just beat up and in need of repairs . Floor lamp broken, missing shade, 1 shade broken and barely hanging on. Door to cabinet of frig was broken. Chair to desk broken. Was lacking correct number of towels/cloths first night. Ice machine broken on our floor. Elevator had same amount of spilled chips and dirt on floor our entire 3 night stay. Elevator panel filthy .

Wife has a disability, had great difficulty navigating stairs to our 2nd floor room as the elevator was not working.

Could have put us on ground floor? Have elevator working?
