Brandi at the front desk when we checked in was so helpful in several ways. One in particular was this. I told her that I had to change our reservation from Tuesday night to Monday night because of the coming snow storm. I was having trouble contacting booking.com.to make the change. She said if I called booking.com and asked them to call the hotel, the cancellation could be made. I never could find a phone number for booking.com. Online help said they’d send my request for a change to the hotel and I would hear within 48 hours (2 days). It has now been 4 days and I still haven’t received any response from booking.com. Not happy with booking.com. But Comfort Inn was great.

Well we had a small DeLay so we checked in a little later in the evening pastor afternoon check-in time passed our afternoon check-in time they were still warm and welcoming all smiles and rooms and the whole building smelled clean and fresh and well kept and they're very understanding of service animals courtesy to me as a veteran and my girlfriend overall 10 for 10 good people I would recommend them anytime may it ever be so

I love Robie at the front desk. She is and was amazing. Her customer service is excellent, and personality is equally exceptional. She goes the extras mile. Also, the beds were very comfortable. I slept so peacefully I had a great stay.

I was gone all day and was a bit disappointed to come back to no clean towels and trash still in my room. I don't know the process, but I thought they would have done a little tidying

Reported heater making squeaking sound when it would shut off, no one available to look at it, sound annoying for day time sleeper ( work nights) cleaning service loud in hallway, but again a day sleeper, and there was an ice/snow storm.

The hotel met our needs. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast and there was a variety of items to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is centrally located and close to many good restaurants. We would definitely stay at the Comfort Inn and Suites again.

We didn't have a problem with anything. There was nothing that we didn't like.

I like that the hotel was very close to anything we needed.

I didn't like that there are no vending machines and the little bit of stuff they DO sell by the front desk is very expensive. Can of soda was $2 a little thing of ice cream the VERY TINY BLUE BELL CUPS was $3. Luckily there is a QT LESS THAN 1 MINUTE FROM THERE

Clean and great location. Also pet friendly.

Being told I had to pay extra for my dog after completing the payment online. Also being told I had to be on the first floor where all the noise is. Dog could never settle down and pretty much kept me up during the night.

The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are very soft. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The office chair in the room was broken and the wand sprayer in the shower was broken and it had feces on it from the last guest.

Breakfast was a good selection. It was hot and I could see the employee in charge of it constantly adding to it, cleaning etc. She was very pleasant and said "hello" to everyone! The room was very clean and we were so glad to see clean towels when we came back from our day out. The front desk personnel were so nice and we will be back to stay here again!

I can't think of one thing we didn't like.
