When I walked in I smelled clean fresh air. Every room was clean ( floors, walls,furniture). The heating unit kept the room as warm as I wanted. I stayed on Dec. 31 and their shrubs were all beautifully decorated with lights as if done professionally. Also, the office was clean. This place is as great as places where you pay $100+. And the price was about $60. I give it 5 stars!

Not a thing!

The building, while being quite dated, has been very well maintained. The rooms aren't dingey like a lot of older motels are. It was extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable! (Big deal for this constant traveler.)

Nothing really. It's not the Four Seasons, but for the price it's worth every penny and more

I've stayed here the past two years for the final weekend of OKRF, and Shauna is one of the most amazing customer service people I've ever met. She is warm, welcoming, bubbly, and all around an absolutely glorious hostess. She goes out of her way to make you feel truly seen and cared for. I wish there were more people like her in hospitality.

While the bed isn't the comfiest in the world, it's serviceable. My main complaint with the Muskogee Inn and Suites really isn't their fault, I don't believe. There was a pretty hefty feral cat family living in the parking lot/creek/neighboring trailer park. Over my 2-night stay, I poured out a bag of catfood for them, and I know they had quite the feast. There were adult cats and kittens. One kitten was sickly, and while some other guests and I did what we could to make it warm and comfortable, it died overnight, and it just broke my heart. It would give me a great deal of peace if the Muskogee Inn and Suites could get an animal rescue organization out to save all the cats and get them fixed so that won't happen again.

The location. Price is decent. I really like the shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispenser in the shower. That is very nice.

Breakfast was horrible. The danish were dried out and stale. I would have liked some package muffins. Not dried up muffins but nice fresh packaged muffins. The mattress was hard. Get new mattresses.

The room was clean. The water temperature and pressure in the shower was great. The room was quiet. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. The air conditioner worked really well. It is located close to several different food choices.

The carpet was black and white. It felt a little worn. The toilet leaked around the base. There was some noise from the traffic, but nothing major.

Well lit parking lot. After having our vehicle broken into in Amarillo at a nice hotel December 2021, it's imperative that I stay in a safe, well lit hotel/motel. The A/C worked great and when the tv acted up, management fixed it. Housekeeping was extremely nice, as were some of the front desk staff. Clean and nice furnishings.

The ventilation in the bathroom could be better. A kind of musty smell after using a hot shower. Bed was a bit too firm for me. The pre-packaged waffles had a really odd texture (like they were crystallized.)

When I checked in the lady was friendly. The room and property was clean. The bed was very comfortable, Well kept area. I would like to have had hot food for breakfast but the value was good for for what I paid. Overall the experience was good and I would definitely stay there again.

Like I said, I would have liked to have had a hot breakfast.

Incredible value! When I saw the price of the listing, I was very hesitant to pull the trigger but I'm so glad I did. The parking lot was brightly lit and felt very safe. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The listing said free breakfast but there was only coffee and some oatmeal packets. There's an Ihop right across the street, so no big deal, was just expecting something else. I know for next time!

The room was large and clean. The sink had good space for my needs. The bed was very comfortable. The HVAC controls were easy to use and understand. The WIFI was reliable and response times were very good. There a number of restaurants within easy walking distance.
