Good location, sea front hotel, just across the port. A bit far from St. Raphael city center, but still manageable by walk on the seaside promenade, which was really nice. Friendly and supportive reception and restaurant staff. Good food, nice platting for dinner meals. Underground garage parking available, but a bit expensive.

Some options for dinner to choose from for the half-board accommodation, but pork meat was missing most of the time from the menu, which was not that good, as it is probably the most common meat for European people at least. A lot of mosquitoes in the restaurant, both inside and outside. Sometimes, the waiting time in the restaurant was longer than expected at dinner time, especially between the 3 courses (starter, main course, dessert) or even a mismatch of the order in some cases, when restaurant got busy or new employees were in charge of the order. Slippers not available in room directly, but provided at reception desk on request.

Very clean hotel, our room was spotless every day. Very hard working cleaning staff indeed. The outside pool was also well kept and maintained. Very quiet seems to be a place for older folks which we didn't mind at all as we wanted peace and quiet. Good location around several cafés and restaurants. Quiet rooms, comfy beds and pillows. Safe and mini bar available in the rooms.

No parking available for free. Costs 10 euros a day but we found a residential side road nearby where we were able to avoid this cost. For a somewhat remote hotel, it's expected one drives and thus needs access to parking.

The hotel was very good, clean and modern. The location was also good, quiet near the marina and some nice small bars and restaurants. Staff was friendly and very polite, especially ladies at the breakfast. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties. There is also an outside area to enjoy the breakfast. Pets allowed with an extra 16 euros per night, and they are also allowed in the restaurant. The room was of a good size, clean with a good bathroom. Free coffee in the room, still and sparkling water available in the common area. They also provided a bottle for it :) Unfortunately we didn't have time to use a pool which seemed nice. Metered parking is available in front of the hotel and is not that expensive at all.

The hotel is very nice, can't say anything negative even though it is on a pricier side, but Saint Raphael is a very crowded and touristic place and there is nothing much to do there...

My partner and I were on a Eurotrip and had a one-day stop in Saint-Raphaël. It was our very first time in Saint-Raphaël, and we loved it! The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with stunning rooms and very friendly staff. During check-in, the receptionists helped us unload our luggage, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The hotel is also well located; outside the hotel, there are a lot options for delicious dining and nice walks. We enjoyed the area so much that we would have loved to stay an additional night, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so we had to find another place to stay. Nonetheless, we truly enjoyed our time and were able to relax after our trip.

We experienced a lot of mosquitoes in our room, but we understand that the hotel cannot do much about this.

Ok sized room that was good for us & our dog. Breakfast was good. I thought the bed was comfortable but my boyfriend disagreed. It was ok.

Went in January & every restaurant within walking distance was closed. We drove down closer to the Ferris wheel area and found an awesome/cool Mexican restaurant. There was a roach in the ceiling in the hall that I saw at night & in the morning. That was pretty gross. The power went out & we weren’t sure if it was our room or the whole hotel. Tried to call front desk to ask but there was no answer. Boyfriend walked down to desk & says there was no one there. Not a place I’d stay at again but it was ok for the price & I was happy they took the dog.

We were expecting a fairly simple but comfortable chain hotel for the price in that area which can be expensive. But from the first welcome, the staff were always so helpful and friendly. The pool was a perfect temperature, with more than enough sun loungers for everybody so no rush to the pool in the morning to reserve seating with towels! Also a stylish lobby and bar area. Best of all the food! We paid for half board and had dinner in the restaurant outside on the marina every night except for one where we swapped for lunch by the pool. The 3 course meal was outstanding every night! The menu would change slightly to keep it fresh, but was always exceptional and the staff working in the restaurant at night and at breakfast were always so helpful and friendly. We took a walk most nights up to the night market by Saint Raphael beach which was only around 20 minutes walk. We felt very at home and found it hard to leave.

Our corner "Queen" room was a little small and only had just enough space for the bed, so not really that much space for the price. Would be better for one person but a bit small for two people

The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was tasty with a menu that changed daily, and breakfast was enjoyable. We appreciated the pool, garage, free water dispenser, and beach umbrellas during our stay. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making the overall experience very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with hairs in the bathroom (bathtub and walls) as well as on the bed.

The location was in the marina with a good selection of restaurants and a bar very close. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant so cannot comment on that. We did use the mini breakfast service which was in the foyer and consisted of juice, fruit, pastries and coffee for a reasonable price. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location was quiet. There was a Spar not far away which could provide more or less anything you wanted. The marina was lovely and clean and a nice place to walk. It is a pleasant walk along the esplanade to St Raphael where the bus and train station are easy to find. Bus trip to St Tropez was very scenic and good value at 3 euros. Train to Nice was also scenic and efficient.

The shower was an over-bath one which is never very great for pressure or control of hot/cold - but it isn't a major problem and only mention it to find something to write here

Good location. Comfortable beds. Nice pool.

Breakfast was terrible. We had the express at 8 euros which was poor value for money. Next day we decided to have the main breakfast at 18 euros. There was so little choice. Really poor value for money. Spoiled what would have been a great stay. Maybe the French like cakes for breakfast but aren’t you catering for all nationalities? We British like a proper breakfast thanks.

Great location with parking and many restaurants close by. The pool is large with many lounges and umbrellas. Aircon is effective and the rooms are well appointed with a fridge.

Beds a little soft and shower over bath is something I don’t like. Unfortunately there were always mosquitoes in the foyer and lounge area and this is a health concern.
