All the necessary comfort for my stay, which I wanted to be pleasant due to the reason for my visit to Angeles, i.e.: fully functional air conditioning, a spacious shower with a very pleasant jet, security for personal belongings, and the quality of the continental breakfast. Additionally, there are three excellent restaurants within the hotel premises, in case you prefer not to leave the hotel environment. The bed was perhaps a bit firm for my taste but still comfortable nonetheless. The location is excellent—20 minutes from the airport and also close to SM Clark Mall (20 minutes on foot). It is near the red-light district, but this is not an issue. Good value for money.

The very close monitoring by the staff is more of a cultural aspect related to the country rather than something specific to this hotel.

Property location good in town pretty centrally located. Hotel has 2 restaurants on 4th floor, 3 restaurants attached off lobby, coffee shop in lobby, 4th floor infinity pool has patio area and bar and Buffett breakfast in restaurant near pool area included. Very friendly and accommodating staff always greeting you with a smile!

Book online on website since prices are cheaper. Website had 2 queen beds which I booked but when arrived at hotel they had no 2 queen bed rooms, but 2 single beds (more like 2 double beds). What I didn’t like was an upcharge of $20 per night for the room. We stayed a week.

Excellent hotel. Been to a few during my time in Angeles City over 15 years. Stayed for one month Late Feb 2024 to Late Mar 2024 as a solo traveller. Discreet and Quiet even though my room was next to the huge air purifiers. (Must be air conditioning blowers) Room 702. Close enough to night life. About a 15 minute walk and very safe. Most of my walks were after midnight and approximately a 5 minute walk to Casino Filipino Very well equipped Gym. Great swimming pool. Extremely friendly staff from the check in, security, cleaning and dining. Lifts were clean and the aisles were always air conditioned, smelt great as they had automatic scent machines (I think) and clean. Experienced a brown out during my stay but generators were running within a few minutes. Linen and towels were pristine. Mattress was extremely comfortable for my back would rate it as medium to firm. Had no issues on my back as I slept there for nearly 30 nights. Free breakfast in the morning with ample selection and an egg station. This is more akin to a 4 star hotel. Great little ATM on the second floor and really safe. Ample eateries close to the hotel. There are numerous people to mention that made my stay brilliant James (Front desk) Floyd ( Breakfast at Level 4) staff at the Namari Japanese and Cactus Smokehouse restaurants etc too many to remember and mention

Although Wi- Fi speed showed 100 MBPS download and 50 MBPS upload.It somehow felt slower. Maybe it is my mobile phone?

I liked everything. The staff is polite and smiling, and very beautiful girls at the reception. The hotel is clean and beautiful for its price. Everything you need is there. The location is good. I was satisfied, I would visiting again if I'm in this city again. The only thing that's unpleasant is that the deposit was not returned to the account.. But everything else is great. ☺👍

The deposit was not credited to my card... they didn't return it, I don't know the reason.

Top notch service provided by all hotel staff members. From the hotel security, valet parking, receptionist, housekeepers all the way to the restaurant team members. Been to 30 over countries, tried 100s of hotels but none was close to the service we received from this unassuming hotel. Absolutely faultless service. The rooms were of good size, and so were the bathrooms. Always cleaned properly, every single day.

The hallways were not airconditioned, so it was fairly hot as there were 40 close to 50 degree days when I was there. I understand the cost saving measure though.

Fabulous location in the main street. Very new hotel with beautiful decor. The swimming pool and the outside bar has a great view of the volcano. Lovely buffet breakfast. Great staff who are very professional and will organise any thing eg taxis.

I would appreciate being informed prior to my arrival of a security deposit of PHP 1,500 being paid at check-in.

Breakfast buffet was large and lovely. More Filipino food than western style but that didn't matter due to the fact that one is in the Philippines. Very friendly restaurant staff, always up for a chat.

Window insulation in the east wing (one could clearly hear the street activity) but if tired enough then that's not a problem. WIFI connect in the east wing could be better, in the west wing perfect.

Felt luxury. There are pool and gym on 4th floor. Too friendly staff, greats every time. Cool view from the windows, but people live right on the river in 400 meters from the hotel. It terrible to realise.

Took pretty huge deposit. I met it only this hotel in Philippines and they asked only cash or credit. I was lucky to had a cash. The rooms looks like not fresh enough. No any place to walk. You must go by pretty crazy road to get anywhere or use grab every time.

This isn’t my first time here—I’ve come back before, and I’ll keep coming back. As always, the staff’s warmth and politeness stand out—every single member of the team makes you feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and absolutely worth it. No matter what issues you may have, the staff always make sure to address them as quickly as possible.

Very comfortable, spacious room, huge bed, courteous, helpful staff, and good breakfast. Speedy, welcoming check in/ out and allowed us to park in their undercover car park whilst we went to Hong Kong for a week. Highly recommended!

It’s a bit further from the airport than we expected, and there is no free shuttle as is stated on booking.com. We would still happily return here as overall it offers great accommodation and value.
