We have stayed at the Stadtgarden several times before - the parking is right underneath the hotel which is very convenient - the hotel will send you exact directions to the parking. The hotel is located in the centre of the town very close to all cafes, bars etc and the lakefront. Reception (and breakfast room) is on the first floor with a lift from the car park and the entrance door when coming in at night. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. There was a festival on in the town the night we stayed but we heard no noise from late night revellers and had a good nights sleep. Had lunch in Vulcano restaurant which was excellent - should have gone back there for dinner! Very modern bar on the lake front and some lovely walks.

A hold rail would be useful in the bathroom esp for older people or PWD

the hotel was very nice in the center,perfect location. the room was very large , clean and very quiet ,the bathroom was very nice,large and renovated. the bed vas very confortable. Very abundant breakfast, there is a salmon,cured meat,eggs,bread ,cheese, cerals ,fuit juices ,milk ,both fresh and packaged jams,butter ,vegetables ,rusks some products for celiacs and a chance to have plant-based milk. The staff is very kind and attentive , ready to satisfy requests for hot drinks and to replenish whatmissing on the breakfast table.

I would have expect to find bathroom products and not just dispenser with detergent. The breakfast room is a little small ,maybe in high season it could problematic. These are only suggestions or observation which do not influence thi final positive judgement.

The staff was very friendly and we were grateful they were able to accommodate our very early check-in. The breakfasts were quite nice and the location is perfect -- right in the middle of Radolfzell. Parking was convenient and the view from the balcony over the Stadtgarten was very pleasant.

It was a bit challenging to access the power ports to plug in devices and the TV took up most of the desk space. It would have been nice to have some larger, complementary water bottles. Some washcloths and bar soap would be appreciated. These are very minor points, however, and our overall experience was wonderful.

The room was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and offered a wide selection of food for every taste. The location was great. Everything was within walking distance.

The room was very clean, comfortable beds, breakfast good enough and location perfect. The city itself is very calm, therefore there isn't any noise during the night. The stuff from reception and breakfast were super nice and helpful. Everything was perfect.

The room was very nice, the bed comfy and the staff very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best on our tour despite being the least expensive one. The location is great. Had a great stay.

We were made very welcome and the family room was large enough for 4. A real plus was the provision of a trolley to cart the luggage from the underground carpark to the room! Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is greatly located, so close to the main train station and the lake. The room was sparkling clean and fairly spacious. Well-furnished and very comfortable. Staff was great, really helpful. Breakfast delicious! Highly recommended! Will come back there!

Great hotel. The accommodation was located in the heart of the old town. It was neat, comfortable and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The booking did not state that parking cost was extra and not included. That was misleading.
